Honestly, I was a little scared and overwhelmed with all the companies out there. I never will be again because this company will be forever known as my #1 go to!! I had them do a new metal roof on my barn that dates back to the early 1900's and a shingle roof on my house that is super old as well! They both look AMAZING!!!

Poor planning, lack of communication, unfriendly project manager, and an insulting discount to "make it right." The rest of the staff was nice but overall the shower is beautiful but what a headache to get to this point. Don't let all the good reviews fool you! We talked to several people while our shower remodel was going on and they all cringed when they heard we were using Pritchett. We wish we were forewarned and went with someone else.
