They came into our in-laws house my father in law passed away it was a house they had lived in 46 yrs. and never touched it we were planning on updating it and moving into it and the task was overwhelming we had the bathroom gutted and it was a mess look like a bomb went off. Danny came the same day after we called him didnt scare him a bit.They treated our future home with respect like it was a brand new one. They do what they tell you they will and when say they say they will and even add in extras our hot water heater was leaking my husband got hurt at work and has bad wrists and couldnt fix it he mentioned it to Amos & Andy and next day they had fixed it for him never charged him anything and we never even asked them too. Poor planning, lack of communication, unfriendly project manager, and an insulting discount to "make it right." The rest of the staff was nice but overall the shower is beautiful but what a headache to get to this point. Don't let all the good reviews fool you! We talked to several people while our shower remodel was going on and they all cringed when they heard we were using Pritchett. We wish we were forewarned and went with someone else. We won't be using Pritchett again.

This was / is an insurance job and I am left to pick up the pieces. I have gone over 6 months without a living room. I have had no communication or cooperation with Pritchett brothers. I commented on an advertisement they had on their Facebook page about storm damage and how they could fix you up quick .. my comment was removed and I am no longer able to comment on any of their posts. I feel cheated and this situation has caused me lots of stress. I am contemplating hiring an attorney to get to the bottom of it all !!
