I'm glad that I gave it a second chance. I was promptly greeted, my coat was taken, and offered a beverage. I was then paired up with Kira to get my beard trimmed, and haircut edged up. Kira was courteous, professional, and engaged in just the right amount of conversation. When asked what I wanted done I gave the typical guy answer of "do what you think looks best". Unlike most stylists she didn't keep asking me if I was "good", she gave me her opinion and told me what would look best, then executed it perfectly. I appreciate not having to make that styling decision, and leaving it up to a professional. When she was done she suggested some beard care products that fit exactly what I had been looking for. I had been researching a few products but was unsure of what to buy, but Kira's guidance was spot on. Overall I am very happy and will definitely be returning to see Kira.

They took my brother, paid a ridiculous $30+$10 (TIP) for his shape-up, but again, I support it They, then told me at 10:30AM they could get me in the chair by 11:30AM. Already I'm thinking, an hour wait and there are FOUR barbers sitting down texting and chatting not working at all? FINE. I waited the hour plus more. 11:50AM someone ELSE comes in and gets sat in front of me. At this point i said, I've been here for almost two hours now with an appt for 11:30 and people are still walking in and sitting in front of me? They just allow you to wait in their lobby and ignore you until you don't have a choice but to get up and to somewhere else! GO TO ANY OTHER BARBERSHOP! They will get you in right away and treat you GREAT! This barbershop will have you wait HOURS, IGNORE YOU, All while they sit on their phones to make sure their wives aren't cheating on them back at their studio apartments. Pathetic.
