The best way to go was to get the 3/4 hp Chamberlain, He would do it for a good price, and I would be very happy with the results. My wife mentioned that we had a home warranty, that should cover this new garage door opener. In order to see what would be require, I had to use their Repair Service to use the Warranty. I had their vendor come out, they requested payment of the $75.00 Service Call. I paid their fee, they told me the same thing Shawn told me. I was told to call my warranty company the next week to see what they say. I called the Warranty Company on Tuesday morning to see what they are doing, they told me they have authorized payment of $175.00 to replace my Garage Door Opener. I called the vendor to ask them what this is going to cost me? With all the taxes and fees, $738.44, less my $75.00 Service Call fee. Deduct $175.00 from Warranty Company, The Balance that I would have to pay would be $488.44 I Called Shawn because he was a man of God, I could see it both times he was here. It isn't often that you find two people like this . . . . They are the real thing. He was my friend in the business, if you are even thinking about a new opener, a new garage door. "Lifted High Garage Door Repair" should be the only choice you'll have to make. "I assure you this Family lives to serve their fellow man.
