My wife mentioned that we had a home warranty, that should cover this new garage door opener. In order to see what would be require, I had to use their Repair Service to use the Warranty. I had their vendor come out, they requested payment of the $75.00 Service Call. I paid their fee, they told me the same thing Shawn told me. I was told to call my warranty company the next week to see what they say. I called the Warranty Company on Tuesday morning to see what they are doing, they told me they have authorized payment of $175.00 to replace my Garage Door Opener. I called the vendor to ask them what this is going to cost me? With all the taxes and fees, $738.44, less my $75.00 Service Call fee. Deduct $175.00 from Warranty Company, The Balance that I would have to pay would be $488.44 I Called Shawn because he was a man of God, I could see it both times he was here. It isn't often that you find two people like this . . . . They are the real thing. He was my friend in the business, if you are even thinking about a new opener, a new garage door. "Lifted High Garage Door Repair" should be the only choice you'll have to make. "I assure you this Family lives to serve their fellow man. I had a last minute emergency to rekey my mom's entire home, due to an order of protection against a drug abusing and mentally unstable younger brother, who thought he could continue to occupy the home, even though an order of protection for my mom and her home said he could not. My recently widowed mom (our dad died from COVID) needed to sell her home. Two property inspections were cancelled due to this former brother being there and chasing away inspectors. The need to secure the residence was immediate, and JT's husband and wife team had it done within 24 hours afterwards making arrangements for the new keys to be mailed to us. They confirmed the garage code had been changed, locks were changed; and when I mentioned not knowing if the windows were all locked they said they could go back to the house and make sure they were locked. WOW!!!! They treat you like family. The genuine care and concern in their voices is palapable. They are two amazing human beings ,and I sincerely wish our world was filled with more people like them.
