I had a 2018 Mac Mini T2 that was having issues with OS install. The technician Rich was able to…read moreperform twice a DFU reset successfully. However the Mac Mini would not accept the OS install. He determined that the fix would require a main board - logic board replacement. I chose not to fix the Mac Mini and will instead seek a M4. I am super impressed by Rich and the rest of the staff.

iPad was locked and wouldn't open after turning on accessibility.
