I've interacted with her probably 5 times over 2 years and she is the same every single time. Incredibly rude, bratty, unhelpful and miserable. I cannot believe they have someone like this answering their phones. I have to believe other people have complained about her. She is as miserable as they come. Absolutely awful to interact with and she needs to be fired immediately. She is a stain on such a wonderful practice.

Google took me to an office on Engle Road that had the Tenpenny name on the door, but was obviously closed. I called the number on the door, and ended up leaving 2 separate voicemails without a callback in a 20 min period. ( No sign on the door reflecting the practice had moved). Discouraged, I headed home. I received a voicemail later from a different number that I had missed my appointment. The Tenpenny INTEGRATIVE MEDICAL office is actually located in the back of the building. Apparently I am the first person to ever have this problem, but putting this out there for the rest of you. Would be great if the officehad given me a heads up when taking my deposit for the appointment. (Just an fyi that I should come to the back of the building). My insurance is terrible, so I wanted to make sure I priced around. Cleveland Clinic [who I got passed around to several people when calling] left me frustrated and without a quote. I found the Women's Diagnostic Clinic online and gave them a call. $220! I couldn't even believe it! So I scheduled an appointment - they had great availability and were super nice on the phone. When I arrived at my appointment everyone working was amazing. I feel like so often in the medical profession the people are unpleasant. They just clearly don't want to be there and don't care about you. Not here, I had such a great experience. The woman who did my ultrasound was awesome, and I left feeling like she really cared about connecting with me as a person and felt pride in her job. Before I even left she told me she thought it all looked very good, which was reassuring and put me at ease. I will probably even go back when I decide to have kids because it was just such a great experience. Icing on the cake, my bill was only $75! Oh and I got a call within 24 hours with the results. Nothing ended being wrong - win win!

Before she was even called she noticed the lack of attention from the receptionist just squawking away with an already finished patient. They finally called my wife to the counter and after she told them what was wrong they told her they need a referral from her doctor, my wife called her doctor and they approved it right away due to the urgency and asked where can they send it. The "Karen" receptionist told her they wouldnt take fax or email, the doctor still being on the line asked to speak to "Karen" for verification of approval. Karen decided to go get uncle Fester from the back room and they begin to belittle and racial discrimination against my wife whilst the doctor is still on the phone hearing everything theyre saying to her. My wife, distraught and in hysterical as to the treatment she received came into tears with her doctor trying to calm her down and keep her from crying. She even called the police not knowing they cant really help her in this matter, just helped her stop crying as well and said there was nothing they can do. I will make sure the attorney general as well as the medical board of Ohio will here about this incident along with a complaint from her doctor as to their unprofessional and unethical treatment of my wife.
