Couldn't tell you him there detailing service is as they never showed up! Made appointment for 3:00…read morepm on 8/4/ 22 and received a call from detailed at 3:30 stating he was held up at prior appointment and would update with status. Never happened I then called main number on their website for Fredericksburg Va and no answer. I then text the detailer again and he replied that he had rescheduled due to being held up by rain at prior appointment, I advised that I had heard nothing! He said hold on and he would have management contact me!! And of course this never happened. On 8/5/22 I called again and received apology and that someone would be at my residence at 3:00 pm to detail my vehicle! Once again is 4:00 pm no word from company, tried to call no answer left message, no return call. I would definitely not recommend a company that can't communicate with its customers and have the common curtesy to inform they what's going on......To many other reputable companies out their !!
