They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making grass remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. They must of dragged the trash bags all together to save time and the marinara sauce in the bag broke and they got the sauce allll over my driveway, gutter and new trash can. When I was pulling the trash to the street for pick up, I saw it and let Jose know.
