Went in to have a radio installed in my dad's car. They confirmed over the phone that they could do the job without any issues. After driving there and wasting our time, they suddenly claimed the cables were cut and they couldn't complete the work. Then they charged us a $100 labor fee that was never mentioned at the beginning. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic -- either they knew it couldn't be done and still brought us in, or something went wrong on their end. Either way, we paid $100 for absolutely nothing. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Zero stars. read more

Had my BMW X5 windshield tinted here. There is a scratch on the side of the film that faces other glass. It is a long horizontal line that interferes with my driving vision when at certain angles to the sun, where the light refracts thru the scratch. They want to charge me $100 to remove their defective film and said they would look more closely at the film when it was removed. But they wouldn't let me witness the removal, which was my only way of verifying that they would show me the actual film removed from my windshield. The owner is rude. read more

Horrible company horrible customer service I went in here to see if I can get any lighting installed to my Jeep Cherokee and I called these guys on my phone and they told me they do ambient lighting installs. I sent the model of my car and also a link with information on the ambient lighting kit. These guys do not do their research nor do they want to do the work they're horrible. This business does not honor their warranty. I had them tint my car windows with lifetime warranty. The back window started to peel. I reached out to them for warranty replacement . They said since they didn't carry the previous film they would not honor the warranty. But they was willing to sell me a new type of film for $200. If you need your car windows tinted , go elsewhere because if it peels, they will just make excuses. read more

I purchased a Groupon deal for the front two windows on my VW ID.4 Suv. I called and made an appointment without any issues. On the day of my appointment Robert was very helpful and thoroughly explained the different choices of tint and additional charges above the Groupon. A few hours later, the car was done! The technician who applied the tint did a great job of not getting the adhesive solution all over the door cards or on the seat (I worked for a dealer and had seen that many times before). As long as I'm in the area, I will use them again! read more

Rip off con artists and counter person doesn't mask up. I came to get an alarm installed without realizing my car already has an alarm that just needed a locksmith to activate it with a second key so I can leave my dog in the car. They knew before my appointment my year and model vehicle so it's not like they were entirely clueless about whether that comes stock with security already. But instead of telling me they just went ahead trying to reel me in for an $800 install I didn't need. Fortunately they failed to deprogram my car's security system and deceptively (again) tried to get me to have the dealership do it without telling me that it was the alarm system that was *already there* that was making problems for their grift. When I called a locksmith, PCA's naughty scheme came out for what it was. I'll never set foot in that shop again and am lucky they didn't get a dime of my money. Beware. read more

I arrived with an appointment at 9am on a Saturday and had told the person i made the appointment with that I planned on using a groupon which said i would get $249 worth of tint for $64. When I arrived, I was basically told that the groupon was worthless as it only qualified for the most basic tint and they sold it at $65 normally anyways. Automatically, theyre being deceptive. Unfortunately, I was prepared for this. I decided to go ahead with the install since I was limited on time and had already made an appointment. While going through my options with the counter person and choosing my window tint, another customer who had just finished placing her order was allowed to just walk up and start up her sales conversation all over again, take all the samples over to her side of the counter and make a new decision, have her sales order written up all over again while I waited for her to finish...again. Once I placed my order I was told that the process would take about an hour. There was literally no place to wait. Their "showroom" has 3 chairs and they were taken up by other customers. Any place you tried to stand inside was in the way of something or someone. I finally left and just went for a walk. When I returned, my car was parked right in front of the business door and the work had been completed. I went inside to pay and suggested that since Groupon was giving a discount on their deal i could save myself a little money. To which the counter guy did everything he could to avoid. This was very frustrating and again I gave in and paid full price. When i got my keys and went to my car, there were streaks running down the side of my formerly clean car, there were spots on the windshield, the sunroof, the instrument cluster and radio from their "precision" installation. There were bubbles in the tint initially but they did come out as it cured and it Ive had no issues with the actual tint since it was installed. It closely matches the tint of the back windows which is what I asked for. All in all, the customer experience during the installation and post installation was very poor. The tint itself appears to have been done well. Two stars because anyone can learn to do tint well. The customer service I received will ensure that I dont return. read more
