I took my daughter's car here after purchasing a Groupon for all sides. I would've thought that the rear window would have been included, but it is not, and it cost me an additional $100. So, please just be aware. They also use the lowest quality tint with the Groupon. I should've done my due diligence prior to purchasing the Groupon because I could've gotten a higher quality tint at a different place for about $10 cheaper. But that is not their problem that was mine and I honestly don't mind having a lower quality tint on my 16-year-olds vehicle because she probably won't have it for that long. Their ad on Groupon stated, verbatim, "ASWF Window Tint for All Sides on SUV, Sedan" So I called to ask what tint they were going to use, and in the course of telling me the other ways he plans to rip me off, that this deal did not cover the front or back. He argued that the front and back were not sides of the vehicle. In my opinion this is a fraudulent merchant. I look forward to seeing this business close. read more

The tint was fine but the deals and the pricing recommendations don't really match up. They tell you the tint has a 3-5 yr warranty or whatever but it doesn't cover bubbles that they leave in the tint and it's only good for a one time use and not the years . So sounds like a scam to me, the guy who did the tint was nice but everyone else seemed to be unsure about the product or tint information Only went with them because of the reviews on Groupon . If you're looking for a place to get your car tinted do not go here took time off work to drop off my car because there was a great Groupon deal Advertising this company. As soon as I got in there "big surprise" the price was not for a full car (that's hidden in the fine print). This is common practice with Tint so after speaking to the guy I agreed to a higher price job but still cheaper than paying the difference using Groupon (essentially cutting Groupon out as they intended that's just to get you in the door). We now have a set price for the job so I left, but 10 mins later I got a call from their technician saying that the price I was quoted was too low after insisting that good business is to stay with the job as we agreed when I left the shop he said I should come back to get the car cause he now has no time. Then I would take more time off of work the next day to drop it off so he can do the install. This is a terrible business and the entire encounter seems like the main goal of them getting you to their store if so they can sell you a higher price package do yourself a favor and go elsewhere read more

My son got his dream car.... that needed a bit of TLC. It's a '98 Z28 SS and the tinting on the windows was so shot that it was hard to see out of the back and side windows. A few hours at OTC and she looks fabulous. It's amazing what getting rid of bubbly, blurry old window tinting with do for whole look of a car. The owner is super nice, very easy to deal with and an expert at installing tinting. This model has LONGGGG, sloping windows front and back and the new tint job is perfect. Want 5% tint (illegal)all around? Rigo will do it for cash(shady). He will then do a half assed job on it and make every excuse he can think of as to why he did a crap job. Took my truck to be tinted... oh, the disappointment. Brought my girls truck in, and He did a good job on her truck... but mine, not so much. He hand cuts everything instead of getting a proper machine and computer to cut the tint. He will claim he uses premium tint, i asked around, and he does not use a quality tint at all. There is dirt all stuck in the tint. All the holes were cut sloppy and different (the excuse was that the truck is "contaminated...") what that has to do with cutting jagged holes idk. Picked up the truck and realized he drove it around (put 6 miles on it,i took a pic of the odometer when i dropped it off) after I got home so i Looked it over and realized what a shit job he did and I let him know, he said he can't do anything about it and made all the excuses why it looked bad. I called the owner, and he said he would have him fix it.... cool. Completely blew off the fact that rigo drove my truck around ok fine whatever. Both times, rigo left my truck a disaster, I had to remove all the cut tint he shoved in door panels and under seats... OK, fine again. I then noticed a substantial burn in my carpet. He denies having a heat gun in the truck. However, I saw it. He burnt my carpet for a fact. He denies it, and the owner says I waited too long to tell them, so who knows when or where it happened. Absolutely not rigo melted the carpet because he was in a rush because he had to fix my tint free(now it looks less crappy) and get it over with a big rush job. I have over 10k in the truck. I am not trying to hustle for a 250$ carpet. The carpet is older and could be cleaner, i would've split the difference to replace the carpet, but i guess we will just have to go to small claims court, I guess. Its sad that grown men can't admit their fault and attempt to resolve it accordingly. This is sad, man. I would NOT take my vehicle to otc tint if I were you. I won't be back, and I definitely won't send anyone their way. read more

I took my car in for tint replacement and the whole experience was subpar. The tint was imprecisely cut, barely adhered to the glass, bubbles, and folds everywhere, and over half of the defroster grid on the rear window was damaged. The shop owner(s) Paul, Nick, and the tint guy refused to take ownership and advised me to buy a new glass. I don't believe this is the right way to treat a customer. There are plenty of other tint shops nearby, I recommend taking your car elsewhere. read more

This is a late post. I got my windows tinted on my Red Mitshubishi Lancer Mothers day weekend and I have told everyone in my Carrollwood neighborhood about how great they turned out! I am beyond happy with the results of my tinted windows. Professional, courteous and pleasant to work with! read more
