Let's be clear: permission to test drive permission to run errands. When a vehicle is used outside the agreed purpose, that's theft by conversion. Call it whatever you want; I call it unauthorized load-bearing activities. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.
