I love the music in the waiting room! They have other locations but I ended up at this one a little far from where I am right now but I think it was meant to be it's a beautiful place clean comfortable and the waiting room has coffee and other drinks and snacks, great places to sit, good Wi-Fi, it's just clean and nice much nicer than most places that you get your oil changed. Everyone in the office is great, service with a smile! The report that they send you after their inspection is very thorough and even has video to show you what you might need which I really appreciate. I have a few pics mainly just the waiting room lol it was so nice there. All in all a great place.

Christian brothers automotive review statement…read more I found Christian Brothers Automotive on South Western through the Costco Automotive website while searching for a reputable repair shop. My Honda Pilot was misfiring and had to be towed in, but Jason was helpful and professional from our first phone conversation. He kept me informed throughout the process and made me feel confident my SUV was in good hands. Jason sent a detailed link explaining the necessary repairs and what I should plan to address in the future. Everything was clear and easy to understand. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure or unnecessary upselling. I was told what my vehicle needed and what could wait. I researched the recommendations and found the repairs and pricing fair and reasonable. Honesty and transparency can be hard to find in automotive repair, but this location truly stood out. Jason communicated clearly, treated me with respect, and made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive on South Western.
