All-Pro has been servicing/repairing my 2001 Lincoln Town Car for years. Sometimes it costs more…read morethan at others, but it costs to get your car serviced or repaired. The service that I just had was to replace all of my Ignition Coils and Sparkplugs. They even put an additive in my Transmission Converter "just in case" at no charge. I had had my tranny fluid changed a few months ago and I mentioned a shudder under fast acceleration. They addressed the two possibilities. The Coils and Plugs were original to 2001 but had only 70,000 miles of wear on them. I made the decision it was time to update the parts to new. Much smoother ride and no more shudder. In my humble opinion, you get what you pay for; an All-Pro expert certified mechanic or a shade tree mechanic some where else. L. P. Reynolds USN (ret)

I honestly don't mind a service fee but these guys time and time again have shown me their vast knowledge with the variety of cars I have owned (BMW, Chevy, Honda, & Toyota), patience in explaining and showing me the different problems I've had..... Always reasonably priced and quick to turn my car around and get me back on the road in a timely manner. They setup appointments and stick to their schedule AND respect your time. These are the best mechanics in Crestview, dare I say, the best in the Panhandle. Doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman, they will treat with respect and let you know what is honestly wrong with the vehicle and the different options you have. Mike has run this place a long time and I would trust any car in his hands!! Highly recommend!!

I drove my Jeep into this shop for intermittent overheating. I specifically requested an OEM…read morethermostat and replacement coolant hoses. The key word here is DROVE. After they replaced the thermostat and hoses, I received a call saying the coolant reservoir now had a hole in it and would cost an additional $400-$500 to replace. I disputed that the reservoir was not damaged when I brought the Jeep in. A significant coolant leak would have been a very different problem from the intermittent overheating I brought it in for. The shop refused to accept responsibility for the damage but "offered" to replace it if I paid for the part. At that point, I was not giving them another dollar. My Jeep drove into this shop and had to leave on a tow truck after they worked on it. That alone summarizes my experience. I brought my vehicle in with one problem and left with another, more serious one. I regret not paying closer attention to their existing reviews before taking my Jeep here. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. I certainly will.

After they diagnosed it I was told it was the transmission. Had them start to replace the transmission then received a call to come in. Got there and they showed me a pan that had oil and chunks of metal in it and they told me the Transfer case is bad also. SOB, I KNEW IT!!! Transmission was probably fine. So now, both got replaced. Another issue.... While removing the turbo intake tube, it somehow broke. I was told it was broken before and someone glued it, but I examined it and I know what a stretched plastic break looks like, that's exactly what happened to it during removal. Then they tried to charge me $350 for a new one. I wasn't happy, but I obtained one from Lakeland Ford for $175 and they installed it. Fast forward, literally 3 days after I took possession of my vehicle and out of the blue, my front driver side CV axle is spraying grease all over the inside of my wheel. Please keep in mind that the ONLY issue I was having with my vehicle was a surge between 35-50 mph. No leaks of any kind. Once they touched my vehicle, I started having these issues. Just one more reason I try and do all my own work. I WILL NOT go back to them, unless it's under the warranty and I WILL NOT recommend them to ANYONE!
