Im writing this because these people lied to my face and to my husband over the phone. I was told it would cost 119.00 to tint 2 windows. When I arrived they took my car back and then a guy came up to the waiting room with his cell phone out with the store manger that was at lunch on the phone saying it would cost me more money 165.00 because my car had old tint. Well my car had the GM Laminated SA DOT-476 AS-2 M483A Trans 70% min Vitro 43R-004689. It'a from the factory so no you can't remove that tint it's in the glass. Not knowing what to do I told them to do it. So when it came up time to pay it was $186.42. 119.00 plus tax then turned to 165.00 plus tax so that does not equal 180.00 plus tax. It took about 30 minutes and I'm not dummy you can't take old tint off and put new tint on in 30 minutes. You just lost a customer. Had my husband been there this would not have happened. It would have costed 119 plus tax. To all women going there beware. This is the 3rd business this month that has taken advantage of a woman or at least tried and only one out of the 3 that got extra money. My husband called spoke to him and he said he and his boss decided it would be best to give us back 50 dollars even tho they say the removed the old tint which is a total lie you can't remove tint from a window that was made that way. It still doesn't add up but they can keep that 50 bucks if this review will keep others from being ripped off then I'll gladly eat the extra. It was more then 50 but at this point it doesn't matter as long as no one else gets screwed. I was taught you reap what you sow and I have experienced that in my life. I pray for this business and pray they up their standards because this is definitely so wrong especially if you are a woman or an older person they just doesn't know. I went to Precision to get my strut spacers installed and after market rims mounted and balanced. Dropped it off at 3:00pm and they had everything done by the next morning. Very helpful and they did an amazing job I HIGHLY recommended them!! read more

I came into Precision for some new Nitto Trail Grappler MT tires for my rims on my Ford. After asking around with my friends a good buddy told me he has had years of great dealings with them on his stuff and good prices. Which is nice bc Nitto TG aren't cheap.. even on a good deal. While I was there getting the tires changed out the sales guys were pretty friendly and asking me about my ride and if I had any plans with it. We priced some things I wanted to do after getting these tires. I did get some new front speakers, 8x6 or 5x7 or something while I was there though after the guys pointed out the distortion in the speakers. Also got my front 2 windows tinted 15% and a strip across the top. Have to say my buddy was right. These guys were pretty friendly and fun to talk to. Professional and knew what they were talking about. Even let me check out the install bay without giving me any grief when I asked and said I wanted to see where my truck was being work on. Probably the cleanest auto bay I've seen in my life. Just like the rest of the store. The whole place was awesome for a custom shop. Found my new go-to guys for all my truck accessories audio and tint. -KB read more

I have a 1988 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe which is in excellent original condition for it's age. Paid $96 ($60 labor 7.50 shop supplies) for the front 2 windows to be tinted with Llumar titanium 35%. Took 2 hours to do the install, said they did not have correct software to precut the tint so it had to be manually done. Would have been nice to know about 15 minutes into the job, instead of over an hour. I have one spot on the lower rear corner of the tint which was installed dirty and miscut. I did take it back and the poor job was blamed on the car being an older model. They did not re-tint. Jafus said I could bring it back (again) if it got worse (lifetime warranty), but they could not be sure it would be "better" than it is, that it may actually be worse after a re-install. If you are getting tint installed in an "older" vehicle, think twice on this establishment. I chose them because they have been in business for over 26 years and should have done many of my type of car. The defect is bad enough to see at 10 ft + , and I feel I was basically told to live with it. They claim they can do an excellent job if they are able to disassemble your doors interior panels. read more

Do not take your vehicle here. Precision put a lift and tires on my truck as well as did some audio upgrades and I experienced nothing but problems with all of it. The shop puts up a good front that they know what they are doing and offer professional service but that is certainly not the case. Before I even left the shop I had a problem with the audio equipment they put in and they had to work on it for another hour to get it functioning right. Part of this hour included them watching videos on Youtube of how to perform what needed to be done. Two months after I had the lift put on the truck, the steering rack in my truck broke leaving me stranded. I called the shop immediately and told them what happened so they were aware but the shop manager said he didn't know why this would have happened. After getting my truck towed and fixed, I had the lift taken off to avoid future problems as my truck only had 18,000 miles on it at the time and it was obvious that the work Precision had done to my truck caused the failure. I even contacted the lift manufacturer and sent them a picture of the lift and the manufacturer informed me a part was missing from the lift that should have prevented the steering rack from breaking. I let Precision know all this and the manager accepted fault for what happened and agreed that the shop was liable for some of the damages but stated the shop owner would not agree to give a refund of any of the money I paid them. The owner said that I should have taken the truck back to Precision when the steering rack broke and they would have taken care of it. I did not take my truck back to Precision after the rack broke because I didn't have any confidence that they knew what they were doing anymore due to all the problems I had with them already and it was a near 2 hour drive. This ended up costing me thousands of dollars more than I already paid Precision and they have done nothing to try and make this right. I write this a warning to others looking to have work done on their vehicle by Precision but I feel like if this is the way they do business then they will be out of business soon anyway. read more
