The service provider arrived early, but he notified me in advance. He completed the service in about 30 minutes and was professional and polite throughout. It is with deep regret that I am…read morewriting this review, but a recent shift to an aggressive tiered pricing strategy has forced me to find a new HVAC technician. On 4.21.26 a coil failed on my 4 ton (est.) Goodman AC. Joe presented a tiered verbal quote for a coil replacement from his tablet. This ranged from $10K to $4K. The bill as provided was: HL5A - BAND-AID - Heat Transfer Media Coil System Rejuvenation. Job #201994583. Total cost: $4195. This came with a 30 day warranty. No part number referenced. On 8.10.26 the other AC unit stopped working. This is a 3.5 ton (est) Carrier unit Joe installed almost 10 years ago. This was job# 201994682. This was still under a full manufacturer parts warranty. Joe charged $129.95 for the visit and $600 to isolate the leak. Joe offered to waive these charges if I authorized the repair immediately. The verbal tiered quote was offered to us again this time starting at $11900 for the top tier repair with a bottom quote of $5500 (band aid). There was no reference that there would be no charge for the hardware and this was only for labor and refrigerant given the warranty. The quotes from top tier to bottom tier appeared to be out of line. Because I declined to agree immediately, the $729 charge was billed. I brought in an independent HVAC technician for an opinion. He confirmed the issue and charged $1550 for labor and refrigerant and replaced the coil. I've cancelled my warranty plan and will not use this company again.

If you're in central Florida, do not under any circumstances hire Alpha Air Conditioning …read more This is by and far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. A laundry list of terrible, starting with very rudely commenting on the home in Spanish (making jokes about breaking things they didn't like, insulting my Husband, joking about leaving the door open so our pets got out and into traffic, all while unaware that the Spanish speaking Latina homeowner was in the same room at the time), ignoring calls, charging for services and tools that were not provided, making appointments they do not show up to, and gaslighting us when we wanted to be refunded for an upgrade they never installed. This has been going on since July, and we still do not have what we paid for. We will absolutely be seeking legal action against this company. The owner in particular is so nasty, and the dirty car salesman behavior absolutely tracks. The 'apology' the owner tried to give for their employees' attitude alone was little less than an apology and more of a demand to just 'forget about it'. I'm furious at whoever they paid off to give them good reviews on google because there is no way that clown shoes company actually knows what they are doing. Literally, DO NOT go with this company, even in Florida in 90+ degree heat, we would have been so much better off just not having AC. The audacity of the owner of this company is revolting and palpable, and they take pride in their lack of ethics and proffesionality. The father and son team are proof enough of their level of commitment to the bit that their 'work' is satisfactory enough for a multiple thousand dollar job. We work way too hard for our money for someone to take it away for nothing and treat us like this, and if you made it this far into this review I bet you do, too! Save your money, these man children are a S C A M. Unreal.

Let me start off with I only heard great things about ABC Cleaning of Orlando, but like others…read morebefore, I received a coupon in the weekly mail magazine for $89.00 air duct and dryer duct cleaning from a imposter company here in Deltona. As Keith G. mentioned in his review two guys showed up in a black unmarked pick-up truck with a few tools that looked like they just picked up at a pawn shop. All I really wanted was my dryer duct cleaned but I thought for $89 I was getting a bargain. When they entered my house as other reviews mentioned the one who knew english said he wanted to inspect my air duct which he did with his phone flashlight and said the coupon would be invalid since my ducts were very dirty. He quoted me over $2800.00 to do the cleaning. I told him that I just had a new A/C and Ductwork installed approximately six months earlier and he told me that it had black mold in it and offered a $200 discount if I would let them clean it that day. I realized I was being scammed and told them I would pay the $89.00 just to get my dryer vent cleaned. He was upset but told the other guy to clean it which took approximately 5 minutes, again with equipment that looked like it was worn out. My Air Sensor on my new LG Dryer stayed on after they left so I realized I will need to get the Dryer Duct cleaned again properly. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DONT USE THIS IMPOSTER SCAM COMPANY THAT ADVERTISES IN THE WEEKLY COUPON BOOK. THEY ARE NOT ABC Cleaning Inc. of Orlando WHICH I HEARD IS A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
