I previously was with a small Bend company that mis-calculated our PR taxes, filed incorrect quarterlies, forgot employee deductions, printed out incorrect paycheck stubs and consistently paid our taxes late and in error. They gave no excuse, insisted their work was error free and accepted no responsibility for any of their mistakes. I had to have the state correct the quarterlies because they would not do it! They left us paying $1300 in fines and penalties! They did not offer to help pay any of it, even though 100% of the mistakes were their fault.
