THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! I previously was with a small Bend company that mis-calculated our PR taxes, filed incorrect quarterlies, forgot employee deductions, printed out incorrect paycheck stubs and consistently paid our taxes late and in error. They gave no excuse, insisted their work was error free and accepted no responsibility for any of their mistakes. I had to have the state correct the quarterlies because they would not do it! They left us paying $1300 in fines and penalties! They did not offer to help pay any of it, even though 100% of the mistakes were their fault. They even let me know if I exempted the owner, I would not have to pay SUI tax anymore on his wages. An annual $1300 savings! We have been using Precisely Payroll for over 6 years for our plumbing business and we could not be happier. In all that time I don't believe I've ever had to leave a voicemail as during business hours someone always answers the phone. I phone in my payroll and within the hour I have my reports in my email. If I need another copy of a previously prepared report (as I cannot locate where I saved it!) they respond with it within hours of my request.
