I…read morepreviously was with a small Bend company that mis-calculated our PR taxes, filed incorrect quarterlies, forgot employee deductions, printed out incorrect paycheck stubs and consistently paid our taxes late and in error. They gave no excuse, insisted their work was error free and accepted no responsibility for any of their mistakes. I had to have the state correct the quarterlies because they would not do it! They left us paying $1300 in fines and penalties! They did not offer to help pay any of it, even though 100% of the mistakes were their fault. I had two of my companies were with that horrible service here in Bend. I was spending up to over 40 hours just trying to reconcile my payrolls. So it was time for Dr. Google. I had had enough! Look up: Payroll services: Within one hour of calling Precisely Payroll, they were loading my information in so they could move onto doing my very next payroll! It has been a long time since any company lately has impressed me! But Precisely is unbelievable! They had my company loaded up and did the first payroll immediately, correctly and on time and Error Free. They even let me know if I exempted the owner, I would not have to pay SUI tax anymore on his wages. An annual $1300 savings! I didn't know how bad my last company was until Precisely had to re-enter the whole last payroll done by the bad company and recalculate all of our payroll taxes for us! My stress level went from 10 to zero immediately after hiring Precisely Payroll. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Their professionalism, accuracy and eagerness to help us with our payrolls is outstanding! But their tax law knowledge base is the most impressive. They found and corrected so many errors on our past payrolls. They are definitely up-to-date on the current payroll laws. I am nothing but continually amazed by them. Their team works together to put out an accurate wonderful product. They are fast, efficient and effective. If I need another copy of a previously prepared report (as I cannot locate where I saved it!) they respond with it within hours of my request. We used a large firm out of Portland when we bought our business and changed to Precisely Payroll after meeting Tanya at a networking function. A couple of days before the scheduled date, I phoned to confirm the basics. We agreed on an arrival time, and the call was both professional and polite. On the day of the cleaning, a team of four arrived exactly as agreed. After a quick walkthrough, they got to work. Over the next three hours, they cleaned places I would never have even considered. My apartment had a lot of dust, and now there is none. This was, without question, the most expensive cleaning service I have ever used. I have hired cleaners in San Francisco, Vancouver BC, and Singapore, and for similar services the cost was roughly half. The total billed was $605, which included a discount I believe covered oven cleaning, an item I had been told would be extra beyond the hourly rate of $55 per cleaner. The overall cost was not a surprise, as we had discussed the pricing beforehand. I expected the total to be around $600, and it was. After the cleaning was complete, the invoice was sent via email, and tipping can be added at that time. That said, I am very pleased with the results. Everywhere I look is spotless. The entire team was polite, professional, and efficient, like the Navy SEALs of cleaning. (added note: my apartment is just under 1200 square feet)

There is no one I trust more with bookkeeping assistance than Andrew. While starting my own small bookkeeping business I had needed assistance with handling work flow. In those times of need Andrew is the only person who I can depend on to help me get the job done. He is extremely proficient in his knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks desktop. He is organized, detail oriented, and makes sure everything is handled in a timely manner.
