He has been honest with me, always attentive when I need him, and patient enough to explain the nuances of the insurance world to a girl who does not have too much of a clue about such things. I actually got a lower quote elsewhere, but I like Travis enough that I stayed with Statefarm. I just got Renters insurance and rather than paying anything more than my auto, my rate went DOWN $.50 cents a month...so, I saved 2 quarters by getting MORE insurance. This is good. This is very good. The only downside is that when you sing the Statefarm jingle, he does not actually appear. I think he is working on it though.

I had a Class A CDL that was changed to a normal class C license and instead of trying to help, I was told I was on my own making it impossible for me to start a normal insurance claim with other agaencies. I find it comincal this man blames his customers for him not following through with his part of being a professsional agent. I have spoken to other State farm agents confirming this man did not do things as he should. The lack of compassion is in the details bud. By far the worst "agent" I have spoken to in any field. My policy was wrongfully cancelled, making it difficult to get insurance elsewhere without word from state farm saying so, and not only did he decide to raise his voice and become hostile when asking for a solution to my problem, he hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this man that knows nothing of compassion or empathy. By far the most unprofessional "professional" I have come in contact with.

I was planning on looking around for someone to do this work. Before I started to look for a company, I received a nice "welcome to the neighborhood" post card from Cascade Land Development. I reached out to them and they quickly looked at the work that needed to be done. Their quote was about what I expected. As a bonus they also guided me about filling out a Fuel Reduction plan with a state agency. This allowed me to recover $500 back from the cost of the clean up. They did a great job on the lot and it looks exactly the way we wanted it. This is despite them running into a yellow jackets next on the property. "We got pretty tore up". I highly recommend Cascade Land Development and look forward to working with them again.

I have been coming here for a long time, but not after today. Today I was given a quote for $32 for…read morea sign rider, which is very high, but I thought that was because they quoted me for metal. I wanted corrugated. I tell them on the email, I don't want metal, I want corrugated. Next thing I know they say, it's done, come in. They charge me $30! It was always in the $20 range in the past. I tried to get an explanation, apology, or anything positive from the gal at the counter. She didn't quote me the $30 price online or I would have cancelled it and got it somewhere else. She made me pay that ridiculous price, saying I ordered "full color". I ordered black and white actually. She said, but I ordered white letters. How about telling me that information before the order? When I said she did not give me the price up front, she said "I did for the metal", to which I responded "I thought this would be cheaper" and she shot back "it is." UGH~! Thanks a lot, you lost a customer who came for years and used to recommend you.

For months, I was assured that my financing was on track and was advised to proceed based on that guidance. Late in the process, underwriting determined that the loan we had been discussing all along--based on financial information I had already fully provided--was not viable. No meaningful solution or accountability followed. This resulted in severe and significant financial impact, along with avoidable disruption. With proper diligence earlier in the process, this outcome and the financial impact I suffered could have been avoided. I have no trust in Movement Mortgage and would not recommend working with them.
