Big fire hazard - lots of dead branches on the oaks. We chose San Antonio Tree Surgeons because they state tools are sanitized and oaks are painted where there are cuts to prevent oak wilt issues. I liked the pictures of their work. They made our trees look like living sculptures. The wind blews through the trees for the 1st time. Beautiful. We did not have to wait. Arborist Priscilla came out assessed, sent us a invoice and the workers were out next day. They worked fast and somehow cleaned up all those tiny branches. However, after they ignored my requests made from my front doorway, I was forced to approach Jake and the crew directly to clarify what they were doing was illegal and I need to go to work. Despite my repeated requests, they became argumentative and used profanity toward me, including calling me a "bitch," when I confronted them and insisted that they stop blocking my driveway and move their vehicle immediately. When I arrived home approximately five to six hours later, I discovered several trash bags filled with organic waste left on my side of the alleyway located between their client's residence (my neighbor's property) and my own. The waste appeared to have been left behind by the crew, further demonstrating a lack of professionalism, consideration, and proper cleanup practices.
