Front of cabinets were not cleaned, floors were just haphazardly wiped with a mop, not scrubbed, front of fridge was damaged. When I brought the damage to the owners attention the very next day after the cleaning, he told me it was "too late." My initial concerns were prompted within the 24 hours in the contract, but because I found more damage at 29 hours, he wants to play games. Refused to provide me the insurance information and stopped responding all together. They breached the contract and do not honor the quality guarantee they boast. Women walked around my house for at least an hour doing nothing, one was sitting in her car for over 40 minutes (I have camera footage of both) I tried to approach the owner kindly and respectfully, but he wants to hide behind his email. Don't waste your hard earned money, look elsewhere!

The second cleaner, who handled wiping things dow, I am not really sure why he came... everything he touched was still dirty. We had dust all over the house, and if I gently put a rag over it it came up with brown dust. It was clear many surfaces had not even been touched. My family had to redo all the work, so we are not really sure why we paid someone else to do it. Overall, the house was cleaner, but we did not receive the product we paid for.

I was very hesitant at first because there weren't many reviews, but I took a chance on them and boy am I glad I did! Of course, the apartment was "clean" according to the leasing office's standards but there were cobwebs everywhere, spots on the carpets, dust bunnies in every corner, and random smudges from the last renters. After Allure was done, it seemed like a brand new apartment that no one has ever lived in! I promise - it was intimidating to hire a new company. But, this company is going places. They take their job very seriously and make sure that they get every need/want that you have is more than satisfied with the service you request. They made our move-in experience so much easier and less stressful. For a move-in service, we basically had everything cleaned. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, bedrooms, every inch of the apartment was cleaned. We had Chasterney, Marketa, and Hassan. Chasterney and Marketa did a bathroom each and then worked on the living room and kitchen together. Hassan took care of the carpet and windows. They started at 4 and ended around 6:30. I would like to personally thank Chasterney. She checked over every spot to make sure that there wasn't a single smudge on the windows. She was even on her hands and knees scrubbing out every tiny piece of dirt on the bottom of our walls! I would 100% recommend hiring her and will definitely be requesting her for future clean-ups. They even provided three brand new wall plug-ins with glade room fresheners! What a nice finishing touch and adds to their excellent service. I am beyond amazed by how Allure Elite performed. If you are to take anything from my review, just remember the following words that I would use to describe Allure: reliable, trustworthy, convenient, caring, and detail-oriented.
