It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. Timeline was smooth: - Pickup in Florida happened as scheduled - Delivery in Boston was within the expected timeframe - No major delays or rescheduling issues By the time they got involved, most pricing had already been set through the broker, but a few things were confirmed on-site: - The final volume ended up slightly higher than estimated - Long carry was charged based on actual distance (this is $75 per 75 feet) - Some additional item-based charges (monitor, mirror, etc.) The driver actually walked and measured the distance with me, which I appreciated. Nothing was hidden there. The main driver (Daniel) was straightforward, explained how things worked, and walked through both the truck space and distance measurements. You could tell he's experienced and knows what he's doing. Delivery in Boston was a bit complicated due to building logistics (loading dock access and elevator setup), but the crew worked through it and got everything up without major issues. Overall: - They showed up - They delivered on time - No major surprises at delivery - No hostage situation or last-minute price explosion Good execution on the actual move.
