SEPT 8, 2023. We had the Rip Out Artists do a total demolition of a bathroom today for my elderly parents. I wasn't sure how it was going to go because my parents were nervous. What an outstanding job the Rip Out Artists Demolition did. The quality of their work was EXCELLENT. When they left, the space was immaculate. The workers were super professional and hard working. Rob and crew just finished demoing a large master bathroom for me. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Their price was very good, their attitude was phenomenal and they were incredibly, unbelievably clean and neat. They took the time to prep my floors and my stairs, they put plastic up and used air filtration machinery. I think my house was actually cleaner when they finished then it was before they started! I have been in construction for over 30 years and I have hired many different contractors and sub contractors and these guys are right up there with the best of the best. I just bought a house that required a LOT of work. To get to a - clean skate' (as my wife called it!) I needed to demo the entire basement since it wasn't updated since 1978. Rip Out Artists came in and in two days demo'd everything! Took away the junk and left my basement PERFECT!!! I was so blown away by Rob and his crew. They were like surgeons. I was so scared of the mess that would be made when my kitchen and slate flooring were ripped out, but how they put up plastic to seal off the other areas of your home as well as using blowers is amazing. Rob's Team is outstanding, forget hiring a plumber, electrician and other one off workers to disconnect your appliances. Rob arrives on time, spends a considerable amount of time taping down padding, air curtains and installing filters so virtually no dust. He tore out my kitchen, washer dryer area with zero damage in about 3-4 hours. Pretty easy decision, go cheap and have damaged appliances/walls or hire Rob's team. read more
