Compromised Home Security: To make matters worse, after he finally finished, he left multiple windows completely unlocked, leaving our home entirely unsecured. When this severe breach of ethics was reported to his trade association, InterNACHI, leadership dismissed the behavior, claiming homeowners "cannot revoke permission" once a contract is signed.
