Unauthorized Early Arrival: He showed up 48 minutes before the contractually scheduled inspection window without notice or permission, completely violating our privacy.Aggressive & Disrespectful Behavior: When confronted about his early arrival, he became immediately hostile, rude, and deeply disrespectful to my wife. His belligerent attitude was entirely uncalled for and created a highly uncomfortable situation in our own home. Civil Trespass: When explicitly asked to leave the property due to his hostile demeanor, he refused a lawful order from the homeowner to vacate the premises and stayed anyway. Compromised Home Security: To make matters worse, after he finally finished, he left multiple windows completely unlocked, leaving our home entirely unsecured. When this severe breach of ethics was reported to his trade association, InterNACHI, leadership dismissed the behavior, claiming homeowners "cannot revoke permission" once a contract is signed. If you are a listing agent, block this company from your properties. If you are a buyer, find an inspector who respects basic boundaries and human decency.
