First off reflecting upon customer service, the director Jamie and her assistant Sharon do not know how to make parents feel at ease. Their customer service is terrible and they don't care about how people feel, as long as they get cash. Jamie told all of her staff personal information about my husbands past and we had to hear it from others at that daycare. Super uncomfortable and unprofessional . After the word got around about my husband, we started receiving information about how our son gets treated based on the rumor created by THEIR DIRECTORS. My son had a morning teacher and afternoon one. They couldn't get along because the AM teacher would blame her for everything and call her names, stating that my child is unlovable because I complain too much and that I like her because she can fake it and be sugary sweet. I complained because my son's stuff constantly got "lost". Numerous packs of diapers were lost, formula was given to other children and they despised me for raising concern. They always called us to come get our son because he had apparent diarrhea, or rashes. Once we had to leave work to take him to the doctor per their request, in a couple more days they tell us he is sick again. Even though our doctor just wrote a note for him. It's a constant struggle to leave work multiple times a week to get our son because they think they can diagnose children. They told us our son had scabies and told other people he was contagious, turned out it was my son's sensitive skin. As parents we understand that babies get sick, but as a daycare you can not diagnose babies. They did not have a nurse there, and each time they called us to get him, he was fine. If I had to describe their work environment, it would be similar to a high school. Pretty drama surrounds all who enter. Not to mention this daycare is at a church. Such a poor reflection of ethics. The last straw for me was hearing that my son's head was held down in his crib. I am so glad I took him out and now have a good person to watch him. Sharon and Jamie are deceptive and stick together to bring others down. I received pictures of my sons left over food in the garbage, after I asked for the rest to be sent home. They have a rug in the infant room that is never vacuumed, bugs in the room and also did not shut down when one of their staffs babies exposed all of our kids to hand foot mouth. Disgusting place and the worst first experience for me as a first time mom. DCF will be ashamed to receive this review as well. Please don't let the church atmosphere fool you into believing this place is safe for your kids.

We were toured by a former student as well. She helped us feel really at ease about their program. First day was very nervous, as expected. That was the last time we were nervous. The staff is SO unbelievable there. We couldn't have asked for a better place to keep him. Even when we moved 30 minutes away, we still kept him at the school for as long as we could. Mrs. Tuanna has been one of my favorites since the beginning she's very polite and no matter what's been going on in the center all day she still takes the time to greet you and say your name. Mrs Dawn loves the kids and is very clean. She takes the time to talk to me often and is interested in the care of each kid. My daughter has personally told me she likes it in Mrs. Carmen classroom. Well this week the daycare bus had no driver and I did not receive a phone call to let me know. I got a call from the school asking me if I was coming to pick up my child. I received this phone at 2:40 and school is out 1:55. This is poor handling on the daycare end and it is not the first time things like this happened. Early this week I drop my child off and the daycare bus was already gone but it should leave at 7am and I got there at 6:50. They had to make another trip to drop my child off. I do not think I would recommend this day care for any of friends. I feel like the daycare is going down hill FAST.

But we ran into a couple issues at this daycare: 1) 2 weeks in, I decided to stop in and check on my child on my lunch break. My child was sleep in the crib but inside I found 2 or 3 gnats. 2) Allegedly, my child was PURPOSELY left on the ground to cry so that he could throw up and be sent home. In my mind this is child abuse, picturing my kid crying little lungs out and they just starring at my kid until he throws up. We have contacted DCF to do an investigations into this allegation. But he has been removed from the school because there is no longer a trusting relationship. Plus the turn over is pretty high, always new teachers in the rooms. I would not recommend this daycare.

The first time I met her you can tell she's a Bitchy person and has Avery nasty attitude. She's all fake smiles all around. So let me begin. My child has been there for maybe 1 months and a half The first 2 weeks my child kept coming home dirty and when I say dirty I mean very dirty. Dried food and sauce all over his face and hair. Became to the point I had to address this to Cindy. Which she brought to her staffs attention. And it was corrected. But then a few weeks later my child got injured. He came home with a black eye. Their excuse for it was he climbed and fell and jammed a toy into his eye. I understand children make accidents but why would you have something there for an infant to climb on when they are new walkers in that room. 1st mistake as making the environment baby friendly. Then a few days later he falls and has a mark on his head. Of course now Cindy blames my child for him being a wobbly walker. But let me say this first he's 11 months. My kid was walking at 8 months. He never falls on my watch. Then he falls again and has a mark on his forehead she tells me. Again blames him and says he's a new walker. Then a week after that I get a call he needs to go to the emergency cause now he has a gash in his chin. Story they claim , he was walking with a toy and falls and face plant into the ground but toy never hit him. But weird because the cut on his chin is a perfect line. Only falling on an edge counter or sowmthing like that would result in that type of injury. Doctor tells me their story is false and it's obvious if you seen the injury for yourself. And of course she blames my child. And I was already upset with their cameras not working that same day he got injured. And to top it off. I even asked for assistance on their app. They always are quick to reply. But for this odd reason they ignore my request for camera assistance. And also when it had a malfunction it tells you to contact them. So I did. But no answer. A week now goes by they message me on the same app ignore my question a week ago, but then had the nerve to ask me questions about their update shows for my child. They are very quick to save their own asses for insurance policies for their business. But has no care for children. So I confronted them. Cindy had the nerves to call me immediately after I confronted them on the chat. And crazy thing is she also notifies me my son got his cheek bruised cause he fell again. Now this makes it 5 times like what the fuck! And then she has the nerves to argue with me and even tries to tell me my child is safe on their watch. Like she must be a fucking idiot. And she yelled at me and told me to take my kid else where. Which I did. Don't do this to yourself or your child. Find another daycare. I don't even know how they haven't been shut down. Very ridiculous and I'm Just glad my child is alive.
