After leaving Low T centers because of lies. I found this location right down the road from my…read morehouse. I went in on a gut feeling, and was met by Bill. I explained how that for over a year I was told that law enforcement and other public officials were given no co-pay but that they recently took this away. I was told that under no circumstance would this ever happen at TCT and given a number of ways that Low T center has lied and cheated clients. Last week I was told that all clients were now going to have to pay this deductible even though they had promised otherwise. When I questioned this decision they said that they could lose reimbursement rights from insurance providers by not charging this. I actually called my insurance company and they laughed out loud. They stated that they could care less about the co-pay and have no way of knowing which partner gives its clients zero co-pay. They stated a number of physicians generally practice this with veterans and such and again, unless it was a complaint, no one would know. I would tell you to also reach out to your provider and ask them. My wife, who works at Texas Health and stated that hospitals will wave certain fees, but it doesn't affect the reimbursement. TCT has been honest up until now, as far as I know but this is a complete joke and I do not trust anyone who works with this company. To tell such a bald face lie is a show of character. Do not waste your money and or time with this company. I would rather pay the entire co-pay with a company that is honest, then to waste my time with a scamming, non-truthful organization.

Over the last…read more5-6 years I have been losing focus, motivation, libido, fatigued and the will to follow thru. For someone who doesnt like sitting still and being lazy, this became an issue. Came here to see if they could do anything for me. My previous doctors all avoided hormone therapy and I was never feeling better after seeing them. They just kept giving me meds and trying to send me to a psychologist. After running tests, I found out that my testosterone has dropped significantly below where I should be at for age 36. They were very informative and thorough. They made sure you understand what the process is to regain you life back with hormone therapy. We took it slow and found the right amount to regain control over my life. I never knew some such as this could have this big of affect on my normal routine, relationships and my work. I couldn't be happier. I'm back in the gym full time, starting my own companies as I am now more focused and motivated, I sleep better and my wife is overly satisfied. Hell, she is getting shots too cause hers is low and she wants to keep up with me. They make sure you have zero to little side effects and the blood test for EVERYTHING to ensure nothing else is the cause of low T or the symptoms you are dealing with. Every week you are evaluated so they can give you the best care possible. Ever doctor and NP is well trained, versed in their field and humorous to boot. Nurses are kind and on top of their game. My question to you is, what do you have to lose?

At 73 years old it is important to find the best. Everytime I visit them at his Keller office, his staff are extremely friendly. Yolanda and M'Keisha at the front desk start your visit on positive beginning. They both are so friendly and will go out of their way to help with your paper work and get you all checked in. If I'm a good boy during the visit, they let me have a piece of candy. They also remind me to make sure I get my coffee after my visit. You don't want to be caffeine up when you are seeing a Cardiologist. For any Doctor, you have to make sure you hire great Nurse Practitioners to fill in when he is not available. Well, I can tell you Dr. Badhey has two that are fantastic. I feel very comfortable with their diagnosis. Buffy and Stella are his Nurse Practitioners. They review your health chart before they even see you. If there are any adjustments to be made in medication, they do not hesitate to put you on something that could help with something they see in my bloodwork that may need a boost. Alicia and Jenni are the nurses. They are fantastic in going over your records, or better described as a triage. They confirm any and all changes in my records since last visit. They take your vitals. I must say that Alicia and Jenni do not rush you through this process. I highly recommend Dr. Neeraj Badhey and his team at his Keller location. Thank you Team Badhey! Today, I called the office to ask if I could have a six month refill on my current prescriptions…read more They were prescribed by a doctor at this office six months ago. First, I was told I'm not a patient. After spelling my name three more times, my record was found. I gave the names of the drugs and the dosage, but apparently, they weren't in the computer, either. I repeated the drugs and dosage, and was told that the doctor's nurse would get back to me. Two hours later, someone from the office called, didn't identify herself, and asked me again what I wanted. I explained again, and was told my records weren't there, and that someone would call me back. This evening, I got two emails from my pharmacy, telling me my refills are ready. One month refills instead of six. And one of the drugs is the wrong dosage. If I didn't have high blood pressure before I dealt with these people, I'd have it now...
