Today 8/22/2015 I had to call back to 1 (800) 255-7828 to see why I was getting billed still to my surprise it was still active ... So I had to cancel again ... Which actually this was the second time I cancel .... Well now is 9/19/2015 and just got a bill of 575.79 ... Still have to deal with this people ....

I explained my issue with Ms. Flores, and that I was willing to forgo insurance on this and would sign a waiver of liability, and when most companies kept telling me they wouldn't do that, that I was uninsurable, The Flores' team agreed to cover on those terms. I have tried for 3 years to find an agency that would work with me, I gave up. Within minutes on the internet, I had my coverage and at a price I was shocked at. I called Allstate and was informed that the company would not do that without speaking with the customer. The agent, Hugo Valdez, added this person without my knowledge nor consent. About 2 months ago I received a letter from Hugo Valdes saying they ran a search and found a person who has my same address. I called him numerous times to inform him that I live in a home along with my two young children that I have been leasing for the last 2 years. I also advised him that no one else lives here. Of course he never answered nor did he return any of my very detailed messages I left for him. This is the most low down and despicable way to add money to your business! This agent never answers the phone. Just imagine if you were in an accident and tried to contact them. This says a lot about the company. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT WITH YOUR INSURANCE OR AUTO ENROLLMENT BANK INFORMATION. I have reported them to the BBB as well as filed a complaint with Texas OAG. Good day.

Sean is rude and threatening and yelling without any reason (no reason should popup such behavior) - feels like some madness. When I asked him for details of the policy he issued, he started yelling, and threatened me to "ruin my life" - This is a direct quote from our conversation... He also yelled at me and said that I had a "head injury" direct quote! This is not acceptable! It isn't good for the Allstate company's reputation to have people like Sean Howey to represent them to the community... I'd stay as far as possible from Sean Howey and his agency.

Mr. Howey has some serious anger management issues…read morewhich are reflected not only in a total lack of customer service professionalism, but also in very questionable and ethical business practices. We had called (or rather, tried to call) Mr. Howey when we discovered our insurance premiums had increased substantially to the tune of 65% over a one year period, but all we got after three attempts was voice mail in which he didn't even identify himself. We decided right there to change insurance providers due to the lack of communication as we didn't expect to hear from Mr. Howey ever again and we wanted a provider that was willing to communicate instead of completely ignoring us. A few days later once Mr. Howey learned we were dumping him for a more capable agent, he feebly and desperately tried to save the account by offering up the pathetic excuse of inflation and the fact we lived in Texas for the outrageous price increases. He then suggested that we lie about our employment status by saying we were retired (when we weren't) to get a small discount on the premium. We told him he was too late and he should have communicated with us when we first reached out instead of ignoring our calls. It was at this point he launched into a full blown rageful email meltdown where he sandblasted the customer service of every competing insurance company that we might be moving to and saying we'd be crawling back to him within six months begging him to take us back as clients (seriously). He also threatened to immediately cancel our insurance policies leaving us without coverage! It was at this point we called Allstate to file a formal complaint against Mr. Howey for engaging in unethical business practices. We were informed by Allstate that Mr. Howey had no authority to unilaterally cancel our policies for basically having his feelings hurt simply because we wanted to move in another direction. We were also informed that he had no authority to lie about our employment status in order to receive more favorable premiums. Bottom line....avoid this agent at all costs! The reviews here pretty much speak for themselves. Mr. Howey is a loose cannon who cannot be trusted with insuring your valuable belongings. Frankly, I'd rather be insured by the neighborhood safecracker or B&E thug than this fool.

I finally got my $50 Bond after making the mistake of going into the wrong location. This other…read morelocation quoted me $269 for a $750 Bond. I left and made a complaint on their site but Jennifer at A-Best Bonds responded it was not their location. I am so thankful she responded, other company was totally scamming. This companies Bond went from $269 to $150 so I knew something was very wrong. I'm titled, happy and definitely recommending ABest Bonds. I'll be attaching receipts if possible because WE THE PEOPLE depend on each others reviews to NOT GET SCAMMED.
