What I received instead was a bleach treatment that lacked any dimension or contrast. no highlights, no face-framing, and no ashiness. The result was not only far from what I asked for, but also severely damaging to my hair. To make matters worse, I also asked for just a one-inch trim, but my hair was cut shorter than requested. Considering the high cost of the service, none of my requests were met, and I'm left with long-term damage.
