Absolutely Amazing -- Highly Recommend Nelson's Cleaning Co.!…read more I cannot say enough good things about Nelson's Cleaning Co. and the incredible job that Julia Nelson and her son, Luis Nelson, did on this house. To say the house was in rough shape would be an understatement. It was a complete mess and extremely dirty, and it needed a serious deep cleaning. Julia and Luis arrived and started working at 7:00 AM and didn't finish until 4:30 PM. They worked incredibly hard the entire day, and the results absolutely showed it. The transformation was a complete 180°. I was honestly amazed at how different the house looked when they were finished. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They didn't cut corners or simply make things look clean on the surface--they took their time and made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. You can tell that Julia and Luis genuinely take pride in the work they do. What impressed me just as much as the finished product was their work ethic. Seeing a mother and son work together for that many hours and put that much effort and care into someone else's home says a lot about the kind of people they are and the type of business they run. Nelson's Cleaning Co. completely exceeded my expectations. The house went from being extremely dirty and overwhelming to looking clean, fresh, and completely transformed. If you are looking for a cleaning company that is hardworking, dependable, thorough, and truly cares about the quality of their work, I highly recommend Julia and Luis at Nelson's Cleaning Co. They absolutely earned this 5-star review, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you, Julia and Luis, for all of your hard work. You did an AMAZING job!

Go elsewhere. Cleaning was mediocre. I purchased the 4 man hours for $99 (aka 2 people for 2 hours). They did a good job on the obvious parts, like bathtub and toilet and countertops but I felt like they missed a lot of minor things. I didn't notice till after the fact that they never wiped the inside of the bathroom cabinet (it was oily and greasy) and some of the kitchen and bedroom cabinets were dusty/had dirt in them. This was a completely empty house with no furniture and was intended as a pre move in cleaning. It really seemed like they didn't do that much in 4 hours.
