Found Prana Manana looking up massage near where I live. Total chance that it would be a great experience! Booking the appointment online was simple and it seamlessly emailed me an intake form which was also easy to complete. Lucy is a miracle worker! I arrived there with severe lower back pain (barely able to sit) and numbness and while I am sore, I am able to move. Lucy is a true healer. She asked my specific needs prior to starting and listened, not just to my answers, but during the entire session making adjustments to make sure my well being was the focus. She let me know when to breathe through and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. I am grateful, amazed and thrilled with the outcome. read more

My boyfriend paid for me to get a massage for my birthday, and I'm so glad it was with Prana Manana. I'm young but have been living with chronic pain for a very long time. Rodney was able to find the spots I needed released with ease. Rodney's pricing is great, and his skills are exceptional. Looking forward to my next massage. read more

I'd booked a reservation at this location for Oct 5th 2020 after getting the confirmation, my partner tried to book another appointment and the website said they didn't have anything available for the rest of the day, we called to confirm and we found out that they aren't going to respect the appointment I had mad snd paid for because the person on the phone is having dinner with her partner. What in the actual F! So you are shutting down for the day even when you had people that had already paid and tip you, and for you just to tell me you are going to refund my money? We did receive a text message after my partner called and I'm going to get my money back in about 7 business days, still completely unprofessional. read more

I was very happy with the skill and care of Rodney's massage today. He consulted with me before beginning and tailored the experience to my wishes. He intuitively focused on areas of my body which are problematic. Rodney checks-in with you during the massage. I feel a positive difference: specicfically less pain. I look forward to regular treatments with him. read more

Rodney was absolutely amazing! You can tell he is very experienced and cares a lot about you and what you need worked on. We had a small conversation before hand but my long term injuries where they still take effect and about my current stressors and anything else that may cause me body ache or discomfort of any kind. Also he is very RESPECTFUL!!! I've never had a massage done by a male before but because his other reviews were so great I figured I should give it a try too and I'm so glad I did he was amazing will definitely see him again when I'm back in town read more

I just received an outstanding massage from Rodney. I am a massage therapist and have received LOTS of massages over the years. None of those massages can even come close to Rodney's. I've been home for only 10 minutes and have already booked my next massage and will be enrolling in their monthly massage membership program. I cannot wait for my massage next month!!! read more

This is an excellent massage studio, and Rodney is an excellent masseur. I was staying in town while my wife had back surgery and was recovering at the Munson Medical Center. I have long had back issues and was between chiropractic appointments, and sitting around a hospital and falling asleep in chairs was not helping. Rodney is a massage therapist with integrity and character. He went the extra mile for me and practiced several therapies to try to loosen my back, and my hour grew long -- with no extra charge! Very impressed. He was also an engaging conversationalist. I've looked for a good masseur in northern Michigan for over two years; so glad I found Rodney! read more

Rodney did an AMAZING job. It's 2 days before my birthday, so I got a birthday massage. First we discussed my shoulder. He completely relieved my tight muscles and increased my range of motion. Going to gift his massage to a friend. read more

I had a bit of anxiety; I'm a large gal and getting a massage filled me with anxiety. So much so, I'd not done it for 10 years, ashamed of what some might think. But after some minor injuries and extreme stress and normal signs of aging, I knew I needed help. So I found this place and decided I'd give it a try. Rodney put me at ease; I was laughing before my massage. But then, he was also a true professional and gave me space to relax and reflect during the massage. Everything about the experience was focused on helping me and getting me well. I can't recommend highly enough. When kindness and wellness and acceptance outweigh all else, you must be at Prana manana! read more

Rodney is truly a gifted massage therapist! His technique is a perfect blend between traditional massage therapy and, because of my tense shoulders and upper back, stretching like you might experience in physical therapy or yoga. Rodney's care centers around whole-body healing, and he has a special gift of honing in on his patients' specific tensions, working diligently to bring relaxation and relief. In his pre-session ritual, Rodney takes time to listen and understand what brings you to his healing hands. Afterward, he spends time discussing what he found during his treatment, and he offers useful stretches that allow you to continue down the path of whole-body healing. If you schedule a session with Rodney, you will leave wondering how soon you can get back in to receive his gifted therapy. He is incredible! read more

Rodney gives the most ahh-mazing massages! I was in desperate need and in excruciating pain! I am a massage therapist as well so I won't let just anyone work on me. Called three different places to try and find a massage place that would take new clients and had next day availability. My old massage place I've been going to for years closed a year ago and I've struggled to find a new skilled therapist after the world closing with the covid crisis. So happy I came across Prana Manana!! Luz is amazing, experienced, and friendly. She's has over 14 years of experience and could tell right away the stress and what pressure to use. I will definitely be coming back!! read more
