Reviewed my quote the day they were to arrive, discovered it was inaccurate, same service as last…read moreyear with a $25 gutter scrub added on the other side, but the number of windows and screens was not accurate, same as last year but I must have paid for more than was cleaned the year before. So instead of 36 windows and 12 screens it would be 23 windows, 8 screens. I had to remove the screens and set them out for them to be cleaned like last year, which I did. I was only having the outside of my windows cleaned, like last year. I emailed them that the quote was not correct could they update the invoice so I could have an accurate bill to pay when finished. This was a rescheduled appt. from a rain day on Tuesday to a Saturday at 1:45. The owner called a hour before their arrival to say they did not think their company was a good fit for me changing my invoice the day of service! I tried communicating with her but she kept speaking over me and being unprofessional. I was raising my voice in an attempt to please stop, listen. I did send an email apologizing for doing so. I had made the appointment back in March and she said I had plenty of time to adjust before now .. true, but I sat down to totally look it over and found the inaccuracies which as a customer I have that right!!! The work order was the same but inaccurate count, and it was a difference of $62 less for the less windows/screens. The year before this company rescheduled twice because of illness but I understood and rescheduled. I do not understand the unprofessional behavior. I am a single 69 year old woman who up until last year washed, cleaned my own but wanted someone to do my upper levels and I do not climb ladders anymore. Dislike writing a negative review.

We were taken to the attic to see the scratch and dent air conditioners he bought at an auction. That is all he had to install in stock. I appreciated the honesty but should have been told on the phone that the price was for scratch and dent no warrant. There was clear damage to all. We picked one out that was the best of the selection then asked about warranty and how old the unit was and he became agitate. He had no idea. We were taken to an office stepping over a multitude of tools and parts the entire way. He handed us a paper for a different unit something I could have printed. I really wanted to give this guy a chance Even tho my gut said run. The process of getting estimates printed was slow. The more questions we asked the more up set the older gentleman got. First estimate was several hundred more then quoted on phone he admitted it was with out us saying. I asked for the air conditioner quote and before he finished he said "I feel like Im just wasting my time here, you already have other quotes. I said yes we had made calls. I asked if he could print an estimate for the air conditioner again. He basically said he was done with us. We got up and left. I don't know what the issue was this is the process of doing business. My gut said these guys are not on the up and up. Place is scetchy, very messy, no clear information on their work or products. Prices are only about 100$ cheaper than other places. There is a reference to being thankful to God on the homemade sign I was hopeful of a positive experience. I prayed while i was there. God clearly made the decision for us as the guy practically threw us out.
