I booked a ride to the airport for this morning with these folks based on a Facebook ad. I saw that they have very few reviews/online presence, but figured it was worth a shot. That was a mistake, it turns out. Even though I confirmed the ride the night before with David, our driver, I ended up outside my home 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time with absolutely no communication and their phone number going straight to voicemail. My best guess is that this is a hobby for someone and not a serious attempt at a business. Cancelling the ride last minute would be one thing, but to not show up, not communicate about it whatsoever, and have your phone set to voicemail? This "company" is deeply unserious and should be avoided. Editing post-business response: I think it's important to note two corrections from the business response: 1) No one reached out "immediately". Someone reached out 30 mins after our scheduled time, saying they went to the hospital "last night" (we were contacted around 6 AM, after texting and calling multiple times, when our scheduled pickup was at 5:30). I wish someone did reach out immediately when the incident happened the night before - that would have been far more acceptable than radio silence until a full half hour after our scheduled time. Not sure why that didn't happen when the incident occurred instead of waiting until after our pickup time. 2) We were offered 50% off of a ride, not a complimentary ride.

I asked a lot of questions and Josephine was very patient with me. She answered every email and we spoke by phone. On the day of my event, my driver was changed and this was communicated to me prior to my event. My driver ended up being Mahmoud. He arrived early. He was dressed professionally and even gave us a miny tour complete with history on our way to the stadium. There were a lot of barriers due to traffic but Mahmoud got us as close to the venue as he could. Unfortunately, there was a huge delay of the concert and we texted Mahmoud to keep him posted. He came back to get us at 3:30am. He sent us his location so we could meet. Again he got as close as he could to us despite the traffic barriers. He didn't complain, he remained calm and still had excellent customer service. He had water for us. I really can't say enough about our experience. We gave him a well deserved generous tip.
