I'm so pleased to have discovered this dental surgery, after an agonising year at another surgery my daughter and I are finally in the hands of someone we can trust.
I was a dental nurse years ago and worked with both NHS and private dentists, the difference was staggering! I've since wished I could afford the type of treatment you get at a private surgery and now I can stop wishing.
The building is lovely, occupying the top floors of a clean and quaint period property brimming with character features such as the charming open fire in the surgeons room lit on crispier days and sits above a pretty little toyshop - handy for soothing the potential nerves of little ones I imagine... nestled in Hampstead Village, a stone's throw from Hampstead tube.
The staff are lovely- from the first phone call to enquire if I could become a patient till my last visit (my daughter and I had a number of visits in short succession as Dr Hejazi attended to our accumulation of needs due to neglect from our previous dentist...and lack of flossing!) I have been treated with respect and consideration by the cheerful and friendly staff.
The demeanor of Dr Hejazi who is calm, sunny and personable with a reassuringly immaculate appearance is reflected in his chosen staff making them a shining example of a cohesive team.
Most importantly- this is the most highly skilled, intelligent, and thoughtful dental surgeon I have come across, he goes above and beyond what I could expect, a genuine master of his craft and a thoroughly decent person. We have come out feeling better for the experience each and every session having been looked after so beautifully. Im very lucky to have access to this surgery as an NHS patient though should my financial circumstances ever change allowing me to choose private care I would be just as fortunate to remain at this surgery.
