First the variety of equipment, there is never a time where I'm waiting for a squat rack or a bench press. The gym sprawls 3 massive rooms with everything you'd ever need. The area is very clean, the staff works round the clock to keep the areas clean. Then there is just the overall community that the gym brings in. Everyone knows everyone and it is a very positive gym culture that the owner Jay has established to make it a place that makes you want to come back to get your lift in. I've had long runs with MVPre, BuckedUp and Nitraflex because I got to see what worked for me and what didn't. Max, the only employee working at the time was very helpful and wasn't pushy which I definitely appreciated. I told him what I was looking for and told me about their weekend sale.
