We received a free consultation prior to registering for the subscription, which allowed us an opportunity to evaluate Dr. Wong's expertise and decide that her professional training and clear communication style suited my relative's medical care needs. Dr. Wong differentiates herself from every other primary physician I have met because she is accessible 24/7, especially during emergencies or complex medical situations. We can contact her through phone or email anytime and she is extremely responsive. She also proactively advocates for her patients' rights and takes the time to explain in thorough detail complex diagnoses. When my relative underwent an intensive surgical procedure, Dr. Wong was available every step of the long procedure and long recovery period to answer questions on side effects, adjust medication, and prescribe additional medication when appropriate. Dr. Wong also communicated and interfaced with the other doctors/ specialists to advocate on behalf of her patient during a stressful period of time so that the patient could focus on recovery. Finally, Dr. Wong administers medical care with unfaltering precision and a holistic consideration of the patient's entire medical background. Her advice and diagnoses demonstrate that she deeply understands her patient's medical history, current ailments, and what treatment is most effective and appropriate for this particular individual patient. For the first 2 days at home , he was taking tiny sips of fluid . I finally realized he was not getting enough water at all. I called his doctor friend who told me that I should give him water through the G-tube . Even if one doesn't use the gtube , the gtube still needs to be flush to make sure it's not clogged . They didn't tell me anything ! They didn't give me any syringes ( I thought I might need to give him meds through the G-tube) When I clearly asked them . I totally panicked . I had to call home health care for urgent home visit . I wrote this on Jan 25 ,2022 " She's such an evil person. She keeps verbally abusing my elderly spouse. " you are aging . You will not get back to what you used to be" when he has suffered so much to get to what he is now . she tries so hard to destroy his confidence. " your partner doesn't want to take you home ,because he doesn't want to take care of you" when Ive been totally devoted myself to his recovering . I spent 3 hours on the way , 9 hours at the facility ( briancrest )with him every day . When I spent at least 10 hours a day the 83 days ( I only missed 2 weeks due to Covid visitation policy )he was hospitalized . "After a couple of days ,your partner will realize he can't take care of you. You will go to a different institute " when she tried so hard to discharge / send him home , and she knows nothing about me or my relationship with my spouse.
