The staff is young and I wasn't concerned with their professionalism or knowledge. I really valued the personal training classes I took with a woman who is no longer there. The facility was conveniently located, seemingly well maintained with an expansive array of equipment. It seems the opposite of inclusive when you have one specific means of entry.
