I went to see Connie at the beginning of my health improvement journey. She was professional,…read morefriendly, and really knowledgeable about her field. She asked in depth questions that really made me feel like she wanted to understand my specific health concerns. She explained what she was doing at each phase of my initial testing. She explained what my customized plan looked like and what I could expect. What I like about nutritional testing is it is individualized to me. It is not a 'one pill fits all' which isn't realistic. The philosophy is to take care of the specific issues you are having, correct them so you can feel better. So the plan evolves as you get healthier. If you're curious about improving your health through natural methods, I really think Connie can help. Unfortunately I no longer live in MI so Connie helped me find a practitioner in my state.

A family member suggested I call Edith and schedule a massage, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the care that Edith provided me! Edith took time to understand where my muscles were hurting, taught me a few important stretches and techniques I could use to provide relief on my own, and then proceeded to give me one of the best therapeutic massages I've had. As a man who values massage and the benefits it brings to my body, I receive several massages a month here at home in Seattle, and in my personal opinion, I think Edith is one of the most skilled therapists I've met. I look forward to seeing her on my next visit to Holland!

My wife had long-accumulated, tightly knotted-muscles everywhere and Edith helped to unwind tremendously, also gave her many tips how to / what to watch out for. She also gave a complimentary facial/cranial massage as well as an infra-red spinal relaxation table treatment. The studio is at the corner of downtown, not exactly an eye-catching location. But my wife definitely got what she was looking for as a therapeutic massage, not just frou-frou spa/salon touches. I highly recommend 'Time to Unwind.'
