UPDATE - Phone is…read morenot in good working order like Jim mentioned below. Still having issues with my keyboard but not worth me taking it back to a business that can't fix it. Also Jim forgot to mention that when I asked for a refund, they refused and said "we replaced your screen". I had to have my husband come down here to handle the situation because if you're a female they won't help you. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have more that will be posted, but wanted to write this review before anyone else makes the mistake I made by bringing their phone here to get fixed. In short, I took. my phone here to replace the screen the day before Thanksgiving because $100 was cheaper than spending $200 to get a refurbished phone through Verizon. The individual who "fixed" my screen had actually broke my phone and did not tell me. He said that the home button wasn't working and to bring it back the next week when the guy who could fix it will be in. I brought it in and this individual told me that the original guy who "fixed" my screen actually broke my home button and it has been a disaster ever since. I've had to bring it in three times for them to "fix" my home button and nothing they did corrected the issue. My home button would start clicking on it's own, my keyboard started to not work and my speaker when when making phone calls. They said they would have to ship it off to NY to get it repaired there. They have lied to me and my husband about the length of time it was to take to get it fixed, the owner belittled me and was unbelievably rude to me, but when my husband came in had a completely different response. Clearly if you are a women, you will not get the same service as a man. I've gotten the runaround multiple times and now my phone has been "shipped off" with no clue on when it will be returned even though we were told 7 business days. It's been almost 2 weeks, and they are saying to follow up the middle on the next week. They also would not provide a full refund ($97). This issue has been going on since November 27th and it is 100% their fault yet they think that because I have a new screen, I should be happy. Absolutely the worst customer service and business practice I have ever had to deal with.
