They are well priced, and they offer a huge variety of classes... I have been going to yoga almost every day and I have found the instructors to be experienced and highly competent. I mostly run in the ABQ Bosque during the spring and fall, so I haven't really needed to use their treadmills much but I expect that will change in the winter. On the few occasions when I have needed to use them because it was cold, or I haven't had time to get down to the river, there have been plenty of machines and no wait times. This is obviously an operation that does well at scale. One of the best gyms I have used in my life.

I returned home and received an email from iron soul stating that my membership had been cancelled because I was "staring at female members and making them feel uncomfortable". I had no idea what they were talking about and racked my brain as to how something I did could be labeled as excess staring . I called and left a message for an explanation and right to defend myself, I emailed back and asked how they could kick me out without speaking to me on the matter based on someone's subjective opinion of what my eyes where doing. They did not answer my calls during business hours and did not respond to my email as of yet. They labeled me guilty without the decency of giving me a combat veteran and first responder the right to defend myself against accusations on my character. This is such a disappointment because I loved the training there so much However if this is how they do business and I feel that I have to walk on eggshells and look at the ground in order to not inadvertently offend someone there than I rather not be a part of that gym. Hope you have a better experience than I did however another former member I know was telling me something similar happened to him so I'm not crazy.

I joined this gym because they have classes early in the morning and that go until 7PM which is great for people who work a normal 8-5 and can hit the gym either before or after work. The class instructors are amazing at explaining how the class runs and helps you out with what equipment you'll need prior to the class starting. Highly recommend going here!
