We contracted with Jim to do a partial tear-off of our roof along with sealing around out two upper…read morewindows. The main reason we hired him was because of a wet spot on the molding on one of the windows. He completed the roof and then removed the siding to seal around the two windows. With the siding removed, he determined that sealing the windows was impossible for a reason that I didn't understand. Needless to say, the first rainstorm there was major leaking around the window that did not leak before the roofing job. I called Jim who was supposed to be out before noon on Thursday but he never showed up. I called him about four times and left messages with no response. Then the next day he called me and said that sealing around the windows was not part of the job that he had agreed to. So much for customer service! Now I have to hire someone else to fix a problem that Jim created! I would never recommend Jim Sweet Contracting!
