Language discrimination!!!! Clerk abusive and screaming told me to speak English. Another employee…read morereported her. I'm waiting on corporate office to tell me what they're going to do about it. I filed a report with the United States justice department civil Rights division.

When we enter the store a blonde lady I'm a assuming was some kind of manager (she sure didn't conduct herself this way) yelled across the store for him to take the hoodie off his head. Let me say I had no problem whatsoever with him doing that because I myself worked in a gas station for almost 10 years so I get it. However in the manner that she did it didn't set right with me, I just told my son to put his drink back and I did as well and we proceeded to leave quietly. I was just gonna leave and not take my business at this facility anymore. Well as we are leaving the blonde lady yells at me as I'm halfway out the door "If you don't like it, it says it on the door, have a great day". I still say nothing and my son start walking to our vehicle. I get in and notice my son is still standing looking back at the door, I look and this GROWN WOMAN is standing there still running her mouth at my son! I get out and tell him to get in the car and then as she running her mouth which might I add she never should have followed me out, it was very unprofessional and bad customer service skills. I have never followed anyone out even if they got mad and threw a fit because they didn't like something. She is literally going back and forth with me because at this point I'm upset she is talking and acting this way in front of my 14 year old son!! I usually don't like to get upset and I sure don't like to cuss but this lady had me saying the A word because she would not go back inside. It almost was like she was trying to get the last word in. She still didn't think she disrespected me (which she in fact did on many levels) but even if let's say I felt disrespected initially, her being in a customer service position she should have just apologized and told me to have a good day and let me be on my way. I still can not believe this grown female followed me to my car and after a very heated altercation she gonna tell me to leave, I mean I was leaving very quietly. VERY unprofessional, she acted like she was in grade school. If this is their management they gonna have more problems then just this one. Good luck to who all wanna still do business here because me n my family will never be back and I will make sure to spread this on Yelp and through my contacts and friends! I contacted corporate only to be ignored and them take my review off Google, if I could give this company no stars I would cause it would fit it entirely!

From the time I first contacted him until I felt hot water from the faucet again was less than four hours. All of this for a very reasonable price for the great quality of work. I highly recommend Andy and A Touch of Fire for all of your natural gas/propane needs.

It has…read morebeen over two years since we first advised Andy that our logs were not working properly after he installed them on 12/16/23. Countless phone calls and text messages. We even sent a video showing our logs woild not stay lit more than 30 seconds. The last time someone from Touch of Fire came to inspect the logs was the week of 1/5/26. Jeremy confirmed the burner was not working correctly and needed to be replaced. Per usual, we had to call them for an update. On 1/12/26 Tamara said they would file a warranty claim. After 2 years of the logs not coming on properly? We were told warranty claims take 4-6 weeks. Yet another 4-6 weeks we were going to have to wait. After pleading with them to expedite the repairs, Tamara told us on the phone that she was making the executive decision to order a new burner instead of waiting 4-6 weeks on a warranty claim. That didn't happen. We were told that the burner would be in "next Tuesday on the truck". Last time we heard from anyone about the burner was a text from Tamara on 1/19 saying "Need to ask a question about the burner you have." Not a word since that date.Keep in mind this "ghosting" was happening just ice storm and heavy snow that came back to back. It would have been very helpful for us to have working gas logs as there were record breaking cold temperatures during this time. Ironically, Andy sent a TEXT, not a phone call, this morning! Only after seeing a review my husband left yesterday about this HORRIBLE experience. It finally took us realizing they ARE NOT going to do what they have been saying for over 2 years they would do. Then Andy wants to make excuses in his text this morning. Factory closing due to weather. For 2 years? Andy: "We never ignore customers." For 2 years? "Did our best to provide updates." We called/text them 29 times without anyone answering any of our calls and texts. Andy brought up "safety is extremely important to them." Safety isn't the reason for the delay. He also said "we remain willing to complete the repair as soon as the manufacturer parts are available." As stated, we have attempted to reach them countless times with no response. We have lost all trust in their company. We tried to be more than patient and understanding while making countless attempts for a response. The issues were never resolved. Now we are done. We will find someone else to repair what they would not. It should not have been this way. A little bit of professionalism and communication can go a long way. We don't want anyone else to experience this type of poor customer service.
