The gentleman was kind and he fit me in on a Saturday before I had to go to work. He talked me through all of my options and what they could potentially look like on my vehicle and he was super nice and very quick. I was there for all about 30 to 35 minutes. And the tent comes with a lifetime warranty, which is awesome when it comes to defects. And he did a really great job. And by the way, he was the cheapest that I found in about a 30mile radius. Prices could vary but $100 windshield... come on?!

I went in with a dead battery due to a failed alternator and they replaced my battery only. The next time I drove it I was on the side of the road again with a dead battery. I got my car tested with several other professionals who all said the alternator should have been replaced from the start. A very stressful experience that could've been avoided. I tried calling to talk through what happened and first my call wasn't returned. I called again and was not heard but instead refused to apologize, burning the relationship that was built. This is not how trusted business works or how customers should be treated.

I then took it to another repair shop, they checked it out and said it needed a relay which they put in for $90 and now the AC works great. Be aware.

Our vehicle was towed to Earls Quality Car Care on New Years Eve on Friday evening. Nothing was going to be open until the following Monday. I contacted Earls first thing Monday and was told by Joel they would do everything possible to get us back on the road that day. Not only did he make the prompt repairs needed but he also contacted my repair shop in Michigan that replaced my front brakes a few weeks ago. The part they used was defective and he was able to get this covered under warranty. This is a great example of awesome customer service and an honest repair of my vehicle. They could have easily just done the repair and not be bothered with following up with the shop in Michigan. This is way above what many business would do and what it means by Southern hospitality. Joel made sure I was contacted through out the process and was able to get us back on the road as promised. Thank you Joel for allowing this retired couple to feel confident in the entire process and be able to enjoy the trip.
