He said the "real" price per window is not what the phone/online schedulers were quoting. This is a very poor way to do business - feels like a classic "bait and switch." I paid him trusting that he had cleaned professionally, but when the solar panels crew got on the roof it was slippery. I contacted him and ask to come back to cleaned and he refused. I don't recommend this business, he is not professional at all.
