Best trainers, best equipment, cleanest gym, best owners and best supportive members. I started 5 years ago and thought I was too old but started anyway for the challenge. It is the hardest but fun workout and you leave every day feeling accomplished. I was part of a regular gym for 5 years and only went 5 times in 5 years, here...I go 5 times in 1 week! I may be the oldest woman here but they challenge me like everyone else and I like that. I'm not the fastest or strongest but I'm am the fittest that I can be and that is good enough for me. Every workout is a challenge but modified for you. I feel as if I have a personal trainer without the expense. So thrilled with this gym that I had my husband and son join. I know I can rely on a treadmill component and a floor/row component and mentally prepare for those tasks. I also like that I can adjust my workout based on how I'm feeling that day (walk vs run ,heavier or lighter weights ). I finally decided to give it a shot, and called about an hour prior to a class, they said they could accommodate me and needed me there 20 min before class to fill out paper work (and I am sure listen to a sales pitch). I said I would do my best, but there was fresh snow on the ground and the class started so soon. I rush there and arrived about 12 min before class, and they rudely announce they need to reschedule me because I was "late". It takes about 5 min to fill out paper work at a doctor's office, so I have no idea what they needed me to do there. Horrendous service. Bad attitude. Invasive marketing. Places like this should close. Working out should be a nice experience, it should relieve stress - rather than add it. I've had better experiences in NYC Orange Theories, but now will NEVER return to the franchise.
