Out of order taped on all the others.Dryers all ran on Low, even if you select Medium or High, forcing you to run several more cycles, with additional costs of course. The business needs to be condemned or shut down permanently. I saw a bad review from 2018, and I thought SURELY positive changes have been made since then, NOT. Spend the extra money on gas and drive to Sunrise Laundromat in Owen Sound. It's sparkling clean, all machines work, and plenty of room to fold clothes.

I have been attending to this laundromat for several months. Almost every time I go there, I put…read moremoney in the machines that don't work. I report it to the telephone number on the wall but no one answers. There is no way to mark the machines as "not working" so me, and others, are putting our money into the machines and not getting the machines to work let alone get our money back. I feel this is a scam. I tried googling this laundromat but there is no record of phone number or who I can get in touch with to report this. To date, I am out approximately $43.00. (Today alone was $7.00) and although I have left messages on the telephone number, no one ever answers. I spoke to several other customers who share my frustration. I think this is a scam to leave the machines broken so innocent people put money in and don't get their laundry done or "over pay" when they can't get the money back.

Having said I had originally gone to Barth's because they have a good reputation. ...I figured I could trust them to to do a decent job on the repairs as well. Both repairs were shoddy work...amateur hour....I would never trust a quality garment for repair at this place. The girl at the front counter was pleasant enough but I did not hide my displeasure with their work..said I would pay for it anyway..but would not trust them to fix what they had done. When I called back...I was not offered any apology or even a credit for cleaning....Again the girl was pleasant but not helpful not customer service oriented in my opinion. I took it to a local tailor..he could see how badly the work had been done..It will cost me more to see if it can be repaired properly by a pro...... They always open the door for me to bring my items in. When it started to rain, the wife grabbed garbage bags to put over my clothes hamper. When it was cold, she offered me some of her freshly brewed blueberry tea, and just now as I'm writing this, the husband asked if he could help me put all of my items (three clothes hampers and a bag of groceries) into the taxi. This is a wonderful place to be. I feel safe, and comfortable here. They are so sweet. The hours are great as well!
