Where do I even begin? The holds for over 20 minutes to try to reach someone? The plants that were trampled in front of my house to install a window? Ripping out two windows that were not included in the plans to be removed and then having to fight the company to replace them? Or how about waiting 2.5 months for inspection, only to find out a document wasn't submitted from their permits team, and the "customer service" agent who could care less about our issue and would leave the conversation with large gaps in even talking to me, forcing me to end the call? I will make sure I make a complaint on every site I can to tell people how absolutely awful this company is with their communication and lack of follow up. Still don't have an inspection, and not holding my breath. Run as far as you can from this company, they are absolutely horrendous. read more

We had our window and sliding door replaced on April 6th. On April 7th I received a follow-up call to see how the installation went. I let the woman on the call know that the installation looked horrible. The caulking was... well, I'm not sure there are any words to how poorly the caulking was done. Would it be bad to say that a 2 year old could probably have made it look better? There isn't a single place in the caulking that looks acceptable. There are scratches, cuts and missing chunks on the window frames. The sliding door won't close from the outside. I'm pretty sure it's either warped or not put on correctly. I have cherry wood floors. They removed the threshold and replaced it with another piece that is a totally different color. They put it in in 2 pieces instead of one solid piece, and they attached it with white caulking that has seeped out. I've had several floors installed and never had white caulking used. I expected that they would use an adhesive and that any caulking would be dark so that it isn't an eyesore. I sent multiple pictures and videos. I was told that they would have to send the same crew back out to fix the installation. I let the woman know that I was not okay with that. If the install crew couldn't do it right the first time, how could I trust that they could remove the first installation and do it better a second time. Additionally, only the person that I assume was them team lead spoke any English, and what he spoke was not enough for me to communicate how upset we were with the job that they did. I was finally contacted on May 24th asking if they could reschedule the inspection that never happened. I let them know I was still waiting on a resolution and a contact for the installation. Today, May 26th, 2023, I spoke with PHR, I believe the gentleman's name was Matthew. I resent the pictures and videos that I sent on the 7th of April. I was told to give them a few days, but they will get back to me. So as of right now, my problem has not been resolved. Rest assured, they have already started collecting their automatic payments. read more

After having a good experience with window installation in the first half of our house, we decided to have the rest done. The second time was awful. The guys they sent just put a sheet inside the house which they screwed to my window, and busted out the old windows with a crow bar! (The first team of guys were VERY careful and removed every window pane individually.) They were very rough causing damage to the brick on the outside of my house. They busted my marble window sil in the kitchen which I noticed as soon as they left. I called the manager and he had the nerve to act like it was broken when they started. We chose this company because of how much they boast about being insured if anything happens but when it does they try to deny it. After going back and forth for about a week, they "decided to replace the window sil "as a courtesy"" STILL NOT OWNING THEIR MISTAKE After seeing who they really are as a company I would not recommend them. Once they knew we had finished business with them they just didn't care. I think they only "decided" to replace it because I refused to sign the work order until it was fixed. read more

From start to finish was amazing. Amin, what can I say about him , extremely professional and very knowledgeable, can keep going about him. The company was very friendly and attentive, always calling to make sure about appointment and installation. The installers WoW!! The Medina the crew very professional, very friendly, very clean, they came in and started to work right away and concentrate all the knowledge to what they were doing, Amazing!! Had a great experience with Zach through the window consultation process. he was thorough, professional and a true trusted resource through our decisions based on our budget. we ended up going with 2 windows on the front that had the most damage based on his assessment and a smaller window he worked through the numbers that fit a comfortable budget for us to finance month to month. we got a prompt call around our estimated implementation date to schedule a day and time that worked for us. Trevor and Austin who installed our windows were very friendly and made me feel safe being home alone during the install. quick and easy install and cleanup within 3 hours for 3 windows. worth the investment so far based on having zero complaints with the plethora of engagements we've had across the company. 5/5 recommend. read more

Very pressuring salesman. Don't answer the door. They don't walk away without an argument. Your employee Phillip Richards needs his ego checked and a lesson taught before someone else gives him one for not getting of their property when asked. They will lie and tell you they just worked on your neighbors home and that they're handing out free quotes. DO NOT LET THEM INSIDE. Do a google review on power home remodeling sales tactic and you will see they have lawsuits against them for many unsolicited calls. read more

Don't ever agree to anything , especially "Free estimate that needs to come back on another day" from door 2 door contractors. I was dumb enough to give my number out, read the reviews about hard sale tactics, cancel my "free estimate" appointment and these clowns won't stop spamming my phone! read more

Buyer beware their sales tactics. They came around to offer a free quote. The guy at the door would NOT stop talking. At the appointment for the quote (on another day), their salesman wanted to hang around and talk for literally hours about their products, the business model they follow, etc., delaying the actual giving of the quote, and after many polite hints, I had to show him the door. They offer discounts only if you sign a contract on the spot. I said your team should have told me that the discount that was promised to me would only be offered on the spot at the appointment. I do not make any financial decisions on the spot, period, and they are not good at accepting this. They'll get cozy in your home and try to convince you until you agree. I can't get on board with this approach. Atleast 24 hrs to think it over would be more reasonable. They did the windows on my home before I moved in, so I can't speak to that process. The windows do appear to be great quality. You must have very deep pockets to hire these guys. read more

Had a conversation with PHR Sales yesterday and arranged a roof replacement estimate for today. Pushy sales technique and insisted that my wife had to be home for the estimate. This is the only time that I have encountered this situation. I informed them that I was handling the roof replacement and that she may not be home. I received a call today confirming the appointment. Different sales representative asked the same questions that I have provided answers to he day before. Obviously lack of internal communication. He again insisted that my wife be home for the for the estimate. I let him know that I was handling the roof replacement and would not commit to her being home. He then cancelled the appointment. Based on the other reviews here, it appears that I avoided wasting my time with this company. read more

I'm not one to post negative reviews, because stuff happens and "oopsies" should receive grace, and I prefer to be the one to talk about great experiences - people don't praise as much as they should. The window installation was wonderful and went smoothly, but working with the company Power was horrible. Project management was horrible. There was no communication at all. When I called with questions, they never responded. After installation, they said they set up the inspection, but they never showed. When I called many times to follow up, no response. I called and left countless voicemails to see what to do and they never answered my calls. We are now 3 months after installation with still no inspection. They installed and never talked again. I was shopping at Sam's Club and saw a rep there for this company. I wanted to get a quote for my moms sliding glass door since its similar to mine I agreed to a consult- the rep mentioned a visit from their sales rep and I was fine with that, he then mentioned windows and I told him I was not interested in the windows, just the sliding glass door quote. The rep came and was in my home until 10pm, he was there 3.5 hours!!!!!!!! He could see we had our dinner out and didn't eat, he could see how tired my son was when I kept trying to put him to bed and he persisted. THEN HE MAKES A COMMENT ABOUT HOW MY TIRED SON BEING FUSSY IS GOOD BIRTH CONTROL! Absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. Then he tries to shame me into replacing some windows because it's for the safety of my son... He went through the entire house and found everything wrong with my windows (of course) and quoted us 25k. Our home is not old at all and our windows are absolutely fine, so interesting that all of our windows needed replacing. We told him we weren't interested and just really wanted to know about the door. He finally left. And now I'm getting harassed by the company with phone calls. Again, we told him not interested and I'm getting them all the time. I've blocked them and still, they continue to pester me. I attached the call history, there is more in December that my phone won't let me pull up. I've received about 35 calls from this company so far and they won't stop. I would NEVER harass people like this. It's driving me crazy. read more

We have nothing but great things to say about Power, Kyle, Brian, and the other members of their teams. They have replaced 2/3 of the windows in our home, and we will definitely be going back to them for the remaining few in the future. The install/demo crews have also been very respectful of our home, and work extremely efficiently. We highly recommend Power! read more

I normally would turn away someone knocking on my door trying to sell me something, or even make an appointment to have them come by later and cancel the appointment to be rid of them, but the low pressure presence and friendliness of the visitor made me keep this date. We just signed a contract with them on Monday, the project manager decided to put a crank window on the kitchen because it would match better with the rest of the windows instead of the side by side. We tried to reach out to corporate since the windows are just in the process of being made, they are the rudest people we have ever deal with, it should not be what the project manager thinks would look better, it is what the customer wants since we are the ones paying the bill these are not free windows. They are many other companies out there, do your homework. Also if you live in Florida there is a program under My Safe Florida (Homehttps://portal.neighborlysoftware.com/mysafeflprogram/participant) that will reimburse you up to $10,000 for your upgrades which they are not a part of because they don't want to be or do not qualify due to their poor work ethics and poor reviews. Every thing look wonderful on paper, after you sign the contract they give zero crap about the rest, specially because you only have 3 days to cancel the contract. I will give them a ZERO rating if I could. read more

The initial two sales representatives did a great job at providing an overview of the services. I was interested in their window installation. Too bad that more time could not have been provided, especially with a project that runs in 10s $$ of thousands. My family and I decided this was a good time to proceed with new windows. The day of the installation, all went most well. The installer did a good job at identifying a manufacturer issue and I found a spring problem with another of the double-hung windows. The team broke a hinge on my front storm door, but they repaired it after I insisted they do something about it. A warranty person came out within a week, which was great. To date, the initial problem has resurfaced. To be fair, I have not contacted them and I hope they can be responsive again and repair the issue. I do not have buyer's remorse, but I was hoping for a higher-quality product. Maybe the salesperson's window had high-grade latches for sales purposes. Overall, I am mostly satisfied (not 100%) with the purchase and installation of the product. read more

Please keep in mind that we chose Pella windows so the project was not cheap. i certainly expected better follow up service than we have received. Low pressure sales approach sounds easy but when every factor accommodates the business, customer satisfaction cannot be guaranteed. Not hanging out at Sam's Club, reps are knocking on doors in No Solicitation neighborhoods. My sign is posted clearly as it is at the neighborhood entry. First, I did not make the decision to purchase yet. The reason is because they were the first ones to come to my house and I always get 3 bids. I read many of the reviews on here which talks about their high pressure sales tactics. Yes they are high pressure, but that is how these folks make a living. If they don't sell they don't eat. With that being said, I had an appointment for 10 this morning, 2 people showed up and I thought to myself uh oh!!! They "pitched" me for over an hour, their product is great, yada yada yada. So Amanda and Zach come into the house. We chit chat for awhile, they were showing me their companies philosophy how great they are, how they stand behind their product blah blah blah. They proceed to take the measurements. Here comes the fun. Amanda, pulls a sample of their product out of her magic bag of tricks. I know it was all part of their "pitch" so I let them go. They gave me a price and then another price if I made the decision today, which I told them over and over I would not make a decision today. They even gave me the "secret" better price If I would sign on the dotted line. So why the 5 stars, you ask. The reason for the 5 star review is because, first I really appreciate a good in person presentation. I also appreciate a good salesperson. I always have fun with them because I was in the car business for 12 years many moons ago. So I know the drill. But a special shout out to Amanda and Zack from the Riverview store. Very professional, we had a lot of laughs. I will update this review if I choose Power Home Remodeling (RHR) for my sliding doors. I will update the work that was done. If the other quotes I get seem like the same materials and close in price will will definitely go with RHR because of Amanda and Zach, so job well done gal/guy!!!! Shelley read more

To start with, my relationship was good all the way up to a couple months after the job was complete and I started to have some issues with the installation. They sent a guy out to do some adjustments and that seemed to have corrected the problem for a few days. Then the problem came back so they sent two more guys out to try and fix the problem was. These two guys were unable to correct the problem and said the install crew would need to come back. This was on 11/20/23. I told one of the guys that I would be off from work the week of 18-22 Dec 2023 and he told me he would get it on the schedule for that week. After that I never heard anything from them. Next, on the 18th I called to find out what was going on and the guy said there was nothing on the schedule for me, the scheduling people were not in yet and when they arrived, he would speak to them and get me on the schedule. Still no returned call. Then on 12/22/23, I called again, and they were closed. Like so many contractors out there, this company comes on strong with how great their customer service is and once they have your money, they forget about you. I'm really hoping this review motivates this company to do right by me but based on other reviews that look like mine that will not happen. One more thing...the install crew left stains on my pool deck and when the final inspection happened, nothing was done about that. This project cost nearly 16k. For that price, I would expect the installation to be right the first time without the need for return service. read more
