**WARNING- TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.**…read more I paid All Budget Roofing nearly $5,000 to repair a roof leak. A little over a year later, the exact same leak returned. When I contacted the company, I was told the repair was out of warranty, and they refused to come back to inspect or address the problem. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a lasting repair and at least a willingness to stand behind the work. Instead, I am left with the same leak, thousands of dollars out of pocket, and no meaningful customer service. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding All Budget Roofing and hiring a company that stands behind its workmanship and responds when there is a problem.

Sunday am call us again to say they are coming and you can probably guess they did not in fact show. We have begun the process of filing small claim. I will also contact their insurance carrier listed on business license. Update 9/6/22 woke up today to an entirely new leak on other side of house. Somehow they made the roof worse than when they were hired. Truly a nightmare!! This company is full on con artists w no clue how to fix a roof ,obviously. They have not offered me a penny back. When given the opportunity to fix the first leak, they just never showed up sat or Sunday when promised. Austin called us ten days later, after I left 1st review update, in an attempt to say they tried to fix it. Only a complete moron would let them near their property again after seeing this. I definitely didn't have $4000 to throw away. Now I need an actual new roof. This is sickening

Jason spent over 90 minutes analyzing my roof -- and this was the free estimate! He was so thorough in his evaluation. After hiring the The Roof Doctors, they: a) removed the existing layer of roofing shingles to wood deck, b) installed ice and water shield on all eaves and valleys, around chimneys, and on all low pitch areas of roofing b) installed premium GAF synthetic vapor barrier on field section of roof deck, c) installed GAF Timberline Lifetime shingles, d) installed new roll vent ridge vent system e) installed new step flashing and counter flashing including base around chimney, f) installed new GAF Hip and Ridge caps, and g) installed new counter flashing on chimneys. They even installed gutter guards and trimmed low-hanging branches above upper roof section -- at no extra cost. The entire project was all for under $10,000! Not only that, due to an oversight by the supplier, Roof Doctors fought for them to upgrade my shingles to to ultraHD shingles at no additional cost. They were professional and efficient, which is why I referred them to my friend who also raved about their service. My referral earned me $250! I absolutely recommend Roof Doctors if you're looking for a solid roof with phenomenal customer service at a reasonable price.

The guys that come out to do the work are thorough, clean, organized, very personable and value your time. I like how careful they are with the product and I can never tell that they've been at my house. In other words, I never see product on any surface other than the roof. Another thing is they don't have me sitting around all day waiting for them. If the say they're coming between 730am and 8am, I know I better have my clothes on around 7am -ish!! That works for me because I have the rest of the day for me. What I like best is that they remember who I am, when they did a specific job and what they did. It's been some years since I had my roof installed and I really liked that you remembered all that, Dennis!! Thanks Mike for reaching out! I just wrote the same review on google but am posting it here as well as I was so happy with my…read moresiding job. I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. Five stars, and if you can, request Chris and Oleg by name as your crew.

I contacted three companies to give me estimates on paining half of the rooms in my house and the…read moreshed out back. All three companies gave cost estimates very close to the same amount. My 65 year old row home had wall paper to remove, cracks to fill and newly installed quarter round to caulk and seal. Not an easy job because of all the prep work to be done. The guys who walked through my house from AKF exuded confidence at every turn, making me believe they were experienced dealing with the challenges they would face, so I hired them. They asked for a 50% deposit which gave me some concern. I should have negotiated that down to a lower amount. They said they could finish in 4 days. Day one was all about wall paper removal. They finished that very quickly, then the guys left after being there only a few hours. On day 2, I expected a lot of surface prep with a steam machine to melt away glue residue and a longer presence, a full day of work. I was minding my own business and didn't see what they were doing until they had left for the day, again they were only there about a half day. I went through the house and found a lot of walls had been painted without any effort to remove glue. They had left for the day left before I saw the results of their work. For no good reason at all, baseboards and the new quarter round I just had installed, had been removed from the main floor all around. There was paint on unprepared walls and a lot of cracks had been painted over with no spackle, so they showed through the paint. I messaged the owner of the business and sent a lot of pictures and expressed my concern as I had made a 50% deposit. To their credit, they sent a different crew and the owner came to the site herself. They started removing glue with the right equipment and made a point of showing me the results periodically. They went through the house and were doing surface prep at some areas that were missed previously. It's really hard to fix something that was not done correctly from the start but they were determined and pressed forward. The work went on for over a week. The end result was something that looks decent from a distance but if you inspect closely there are still a lot of flaws. Un-sanded spackled areas mostly on ceilings, old cracking paint that was not scraped or smoothed, just painted over, and cut in areas at wall to ceiling corners where coverage was not good if you look closely under bright lighting. They hired my handy man to fix the baseboards because apparently they know how to remove it, but were not equipped or prepared to reinstall it. There were several broken pieces needed replacing and I already had some spare. That baseboard work wasn't finished when they declared the project complete. I walked through the house again taking pictures of flaws. They returned again and worked to improve things, and they did make it look better, covering most of the flaws from my photographs. The owner really cares about their reputation and tried very hard to make sure I was satisfied. They also gave me a discount because there were so many problems but that was a small consolation. The project took way longer than advertised and got off to a very rocky and unprofessional start. I expected better overall performance for the money paid. I would hire them again if it was for a rental property and no difficult surface prep to do, but this project was to prepare my home to be sold. If my untrained eye can see flaws, then any perspective buyer will also see those things. I hoped for better. Although I accepted the job as completed, the end results were just OK.
