I am very appalled by the way i was treated by whomever answered the phone for this company. I was following up on an employment verification and the individual that answered the phone threatened not only my life but the lives of my family. As if that weren't enough she then continued on to call me some pretty disturbing names. I searched for the owners phone number and called the owner and was told that employee denies having this conversation. I did however explain to her that this individual claimed to not only be HR but also a Supervisor. I have to say that Mrs. Segura seemed more concerned with the yelp review at that time of day that I called her than the fact that someone that represents her company made a threat against a person and their family, very disturbing. I will be making a complaint with the police department as it is against the law to threaten bodily harm against another person. read more
