BEWARE! THEY ARE NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. On April 7th a bail bondsman came to my mothers home under the assumption my brother had not gone to court. We explained that he had went but a day late the public defender told my brother she would secure a new court date but would need a reinstatement letter from Answer Bail Bonds. My mother made contact with Oscar and Luis at Answer. Explained that we were working with the publuc defender to secure a new court date but needed a reinstatement letter. We explained the situation to Luis at Answer and he provided a reinstatement letter. The public defender was busy and had not yet secured a court date. The bailbondman called me before he knocked at my moms door, The bail bondman explained that he understood what took place but wanted to take my brother to court to resolve the issue. We explained that we were in communication with his attorney. He asked that we have the atty call him. She called him, explained to the bailbondsman that she got him on calendar at 1:30 that afternoon which is what he asked us to do. He told his atty that he decided to just take him to jail. ANSWER BAILBONDSMAN took my brother to jail and outright lied to both me and my mother. My mom called Answer's office who offered no help. They were concerned about their money. We proved he was not running from court but they did not care My brother attended court and the judge reinstated his bail to the original amount because his atty explained that he did go to court. My brother sits in jail for their lack of customer service. At the end of the day they didn't do what was right for the customer they did what was right for their pockets. They SCREWED us! Be careful. Theyll have you come in with high hopes of getting your family member out. They took my down payment and then told me i needed more money down to bail out my cousin. Thats all the money i had so i asked for a refund but they said it takes 5 days.. wtf? But you can take my money in a minute... theres plenty of bailbonds around, go anywhere else..
