Dustin came out and talked with me about what I wanted to do and then prepared a very detailed quote that was professional and complete. Their price was very competitive. We agreed on a date to start work. Dustin was here first thing in the morning and worked until 5 PM on the install. He was back the next day to finish the work and he took great pride in the installation, making sure that everything lined up and that the installation was very clean. He was very careful in his work when he had to make a penetration into an exterior wall and tying into the electrical panel. They have a yearly service contract that includes having a technician inspect both units and make sure everything is in good condition for the winter and summer seasons. The contract also covers emergency service calls during regular business hours, with an additional fee for after-hours calls. Since my dad passed away, FH Furr has been especially good about keeping both my mom and me informed. They contact my mom when service is due and also send me a text or email, so I can stay in the loop. Every technician who has come out to the house has been great. They take pictures of the work they perform, and when they're finished, they go over everything with you, explaining whether anything needs to be repaired or replaced and recommending anything that might help improve the units. If I'm unable to be there during a service visit, they take the time to call me afterward and review the technician's report with me, after first going over everything with my mom. That kind of communication and consideration means a lot to our family. Overall, I would definitely recommend FH Furr in Selbyville. Their technicians have been great, and I appreciate how well they communicate and keep us informed about the condition of the equipment and any recommended work.
